Placed my order online and when I got home to eat it I found a hair in my bite I took!! Not pleased at all and I could tell it wasn’t my own hair.

I did not want my burrito wrapped twice with two tortillas and Kimberly, the manager, was frustrated at me due to the tortilla ripping while they were wrapping burrito. So she made a rude comment to me under her breath because I did not want two tortillas on my burrito. I did not have them remake the burrito, I let them pour all the burrito contents into another tortilla. And some of my queso I paid extra for, was left in the original tortilla that ripped. I was very understanding, I’m not sure why she got frustrated and made a rude comment under her breath and looking at me very rudely. Also, christian, the guy on the register, was very nice to me. I appreciated that. The way Christian showed professionalism, he should be the manager.

THE BEST CHIPOTLE IN BAKERSFIELD ! never disappoints every single time i go here ! whether dine in or delivery ! its better especially when you get there early ! they aren't stingy with the food AT ALL like the other ones here, if you ask for extra, YOU WILL GET EXTRA !!!! 10/10 all around. my bowl is literally overflowing, and when i get a burrito from here it's huge !

The woman who was serving said that my daughter could not ask for more beans in the kids meal and said that she was the manager who preferred to throw away the food. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it and I left.

Literally the best service and food ever burrito bowl was to die for they served just a good and awesome amount ? ? ? ? ? they deserve 5 stars and hatter just hitting are them I lobe this place so much they deserve 10/10 best food

The staff seemed like they were pretty much just unhappy and disinterested. I understand that you don't need to be happy go lucky at your food service job, it's a stressful job and there are probably tons of people coming through there all day at the mall location. But the vibrations were pretty horrible. My burrito was noticeably smaller than I've ever seen at a chipotle and the ingredients must have not been fresh either because it tasted bad was the rice and meat were way too chewy. I also am currently having a pretty unpleasant bowel movement like an hour later so yeah, not a great experience overall.

Chipotle in a mall food court. Food is good, plenty of seating. Only negative (besides being in a mall) is the water from the soda dispenser tastes terrible - full of chemicals. Bring your own water or try to get some from another vendor (there aren't any water fountains by the bathrooms for some reason).

Rude, unprofessional employees. Food is always sloppy and cold. Not sure why this location is always so problematic.
