They're unorganized and all over the place. I was waiting for my order, and they gave it to someone else and they had completely forgotten my order, and when I came back in line there's this skinny little pale guy in the front taking orders who gave me an attitude and also had forgotten my order when I gotten back to try and ask what happened to my food. The food courts in the mall as a whole are the worst places to go and get food.

Just bought a burrito bowl, however, the ingredients aren't very good. The corn salsa doesn't seem fresh today, making the rest of the food is unappetizing.
Good service Good Clean fresh food love it They get five stars because of their staff. They are great folks who are doing good given a very difficult time in history. The website is very limited on customizing the order, so after I order, I call in and have the staff customize the order. They are great and accommodating. Great location to visit.

It is unacceptable that you drive to one of this restaurants and expect to get the food you want and make line for 25 min just to get WE ARE OUT OF BROWN RICE AND BARBACOA!! This never happens but in BAKERSFIELD!!!

Very rude staff. Big lady with short green hair should not be working there if she isn't such a peoples person. Very unprofessional making rude shoulder shrugs and faces. I ordered online when I got there they told me my food wasn't ready so I waited a few minutes. When I received my food it was very cold. Beans were cold and very hard. Rice was great. Meat was cold and slightly undercooked but flavor was great. Their soda machine wasn't working and rude green haired lady didn't bother to tell me instead she told the person behind me. Horrible.
