Chipotle – Stockdale Highway (Visited Sunday at 1:30 PM)
This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I ordered two bowls, and both were absolutely terrible. The food looked old, like it had been scraped together from yesterday’s leftovers. The presentation was awful, there was no flavor at all, and several of the ingredients I ordered were missing. My wife couldn’t even eat hers—it was that bad. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so there’s no excuse for the sloppy service or low-quality food. Everything about this visit was disappointing. Terrible food, terrible service — I’ll never return to this location again

The Chipotle at River Walk is a nice place to enjoy the tasty and fresh food on the Chipotle menu. Staff was friendly and did a great job keeping up with orders.

When ordering a couple bowls the service felt very rushed, it was super annoying. There was no need for it there wasn’t even anyone behind me waiting. Then I was waiting for more steak because they were out and some other girl comes up and starts the same thing!! yap yap yap yap yap do you want this do you want that!? Like the first girl wasn’t capable of handling one persons order???? How the hell are these kids being trained?? Probably won’t be back to this location, there’s plenty of better places to eat all over this shopping center.

Ordered pick up and they didn’t include half of what was on my order.

Food had no flavor chips had so much salt salsa tasted like nothing and taste like water never coming back here again nasty, lancaster ca one is better.

I’m vegan and two times now I’ve gotten pieces of animal flesh in my bowl. Not only that, but the one i got today was SUPER gristley and OLD. So freaking disgusting!! If you’re vegan or vegetarian beware of going here! It’s also always messy and their condiment/drink station always looks like raccoons ransacked it while an employee takes their break right next to it and ignores it.
