I always go to this location. They really need to improve the quality and cleanliness.

Ordered pick up and they didn’t include half of what was on my order.

Food had no flavor chips had so much salt salsa tasted like nothing and taste like water never coming back here again nasty, lancaster ca one is better.

Ate here last night. My wife and I have been sick all morning with vomiting and diarrhea.

I’m vegan and two times now I’ve gotten pieces of animal flesh in my bowl. Not only that, but the one i got today was SUPER gristley and OLD. So freaking disgusting!! If you’re vegan or vegetarian beware of going here! It’s also always messy and their condiment/drink station always looks like raccoons ransacked it while an employee takes their break right next to it and ignores it.

There was a bug in each of my bowls! I tried calling and it's automated, I ordered through Uber eats and they only refunded half my order, I tried contacting support through their website and it tells me to talk to Uber eats even though it's not ubereats who prepares the food! The bug was just walking around the lettuce when the bowls were opened.

Ordered a chicken bowl on Friday, 1/10/25, around 7pm and there was a huge piece of RAW CHICKEN in my bowl. Avoid this location!

Went to this location since it was the closet and the second I walked in none of the workers acknowledged me or greeted me and there were a lot of workers in the front so…. The girl with the big eyelashes gave the vibe like she didn’t even want to take my order & once I payed she just gave me my bag no “thank you have a nice day” & she just went back to talking to her coworkers. I never complain about portion sizes cause it’s whatever but this location gives very little 100%. Go to the gosford or buena vista those are better locations and have better potion sizes

The portion sizes have shrunk pretty significantly over time as prices have increased. They still give an okay amount of rice and beans but protein is probably half of what it used to be.

Pretty disappointed to be honest, and this was ordering in person. Recently, when we have ordered using the app for pickup or via a delivery service the portions are even smaller.

I am certain their food costs have gone up over the past few years but I can't justify the cost to eat here with the prices and portions anymore.

The staff has always been great and I don't fault them as I am sure this is a corporate initiative.
