“New management” is terrible. If you like your salsa or other items on the side order your food through MOBILE order! They charged me almost additional $2 dollars for getting my salsa on the side for both of my orders. When I asked why they were charging the employee said it was “new management enforcing rules”. However, when I do mobile order i don’t get charged for the EXACT same. How does that make sense? What rules? wouldn’t rules be consistent across the board?Also, the atmosphere is terrible, the vibe of the employees was off, everyone seemed bothered specially one female serving the food was visible upset tossing and mixing food items around. Terrible experience!

Everything was good. But $20 for a burrito, small guacamole, and a drink is pretty steep. I cut the burrito in half, though, so it'll be 2 meals for me.My only other complaint was that I couldn't hear the worker, but that could be because I'm middle-aged. :/Parking: I chose this chipotle because I thought it'd be easier to get in and out than it was.

Go about once a week and it never fails between the time of 5pm-7 that they are out of something. Usually is guac or rice that they are out of. I’m not sure how you run out of that type of product when your commercials brag about the guac. Seems like piss poor management and poor preparation but the whole team in general. You also never get the same proportions from one person to the next. They don’t mind giving small portion sizes and charging you an arm and a leg. So if you go to that location be prepared to be disappointed due to them being out of something your wanting in your meal.

We love this chipotle location! It’s the best in town.We come to this location specifically.The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always pleasant and some of them even remember our orders and we are a family of 4! I know that we went very close to closing time within the last 40 minutes but the food was very cold and they did mess up on the order plus the pricing was a little steep but the customer service was absolutely rude and did not even want to give a utensil or straw. As well as had no change of any currency other than once and fives and it took about 15 minutes to get that bag from the clerk and there was very very minimal selection on drinks and food. And when they put a product on that we specifically ask not to have on there they just scraped it off and went on. I was absolutely disgusted on the entire service and food and I could not have any chips and guacamole because they said it was not available at that time

Terrible terrible terrible. By far the worst chipotle I've been to. Went in 2 hours before closing, and refused to make more food. Whoever the lady at the register read had an attitude and everything. Terrible chipotle and terrible service. Very disappointed.

Portions are sad, ordered twice this week and both times my bowl was like half as full as it could have been. Usually I love chipotle but it's honestly a waste of my money if I'm not getting all the food I'm paying for.
I went to the chipotle on Stockdale at 6 and there was a long line which is fine, I didn't mind the wait. However, when it was our turn, I had a few orders I had to get for my family at home and the employees started getting annoyed and asking "how many more are there gonna be" when I reached 3 things in my order. Understandably they were stressed from the long lines but they started getting rude and rolling their eyes. Not to mention just threw my food together and kept saying "anything else" like it was a burden to make a kids burrito. Next, they started to overcharge me for my food and I had to point it out for them to realize it was way overcharged. Overall, there attitudes were horrible and I won't be coming back.

This location is consistently out of veggies, guac and salad dressing. They were out of dressing at 2:30 pm and had no plans of making anymore for the day. I will drive 10 minutes out of the way to go to another location. Needs new management.

Ridiculous! Location is amazing! So we come here very often bc it’s close to our home. But they are always out of something! It’s extremely frustrating. No more chicken… or no more salsa… no more white rice… this has happened so many times. Very poorly ran! Today came in again at 11:58 lunch time and again, no chicken!We are seriously about done with this location. Do better! Hire better!

I always come to this Chipotle on Stockdale! They have the best service. The employees are very quick and the line always moves incredibly fast. You'll be in and out quickly. The quality of the food is great as well! The staff is always great but today I went in and I've never been met with such kindness. There were mainly women working the front line and they were the most helpful and kind individuals. I am a line cook myself and understand that food service can be challenging and these employees are the best example of what a cook should be, quality, quick, and kind.
