I had such a bad experience today will be my last time ever going to chipotle. I love their guac it’s really the only reason I go to chipotle. I hold chipotle to higher standards because the food is expensive in my opinion. Here I am excited and ordering my food bowl and I don’t get told they didn’t have guac until the very last step. I was disappointed but If I was told from the start I would’ve gone elsewhere. Also, they had guac for online orders so it’s hard to believe they couldn’t make some. Anyway, as I imagined it tasted nothing the same I was able to taste the actual food for the first time without it being disguised by guac and the meat had little flavor, the lettuce was cut lazy and weee biggo pieces and the steak was super chewy and 50 % of it was none edible. Maybe im just being dramatic and a Karen but I’m so sad im literally crying I was looking forward to this meal all day after having a bad day already. I’m sure they’ll do just fine without my business lol but I will never go back and I will let everyone know their meat sucks at least the one on Gosford

Came here last night with my bf and found plastic in my guac as i was eating the rest of it the next day, not only that, but there was so much fat in the steak and hardly any meat. Also when we walked in , it seemed like there were already getting ready to close with still 2 hours to go , we got there at 9:00pm they don’t close until 11, they told us they were out of many things when in reality they were probably too lazy to put it together. Worst chipotle in Bako , worth the drive to make it to the one in Rosedale.

I usually go there and the food would be great but to night it was awful. I didn't even finished. Steak had alot of fat. I almost choke on fat. I had to stick my finger down my throat to pull fat out. SMH? unsatisfied customer I am. This is the second time going giving the place another chance. It was worst then the last time. $17 and change for uncook food. Rice was soggy, quesno sauce no flavor. And you had to be young and cute to get a double up on your meal, or take the tsp of meat they iffer

CAME HERE AT 9:30 PM, BOTH FOOD LINES WHERE THEY MAKE FOOD WERE DISGUSTING!!! THEY DON’T CLEAN THEM. I ORDER A QUESADILLA FOR MY DAUGHTER, AND THIS IS HOW IT CAME! They are always on their A-game. My experience with other franchises changes from location to location. It seems as if cooks or preparers of the food are not all trained properly or just don't care. Of course they may not have that gift. With Chipotle, the experience is all good. Keep up the great work Chipotle.
The food is good as always but the guacamole was dark brown just a little too old to eat I thought they would change it when I asked but nope they had to use it up first...no one was getting it hope they threw it

I like the food here. It's gone up a price. And the servings are a little bit smaller. But it's worth it. Myself, I don't think you should charge for chips. I only eat like 4. Maybe you can put like 5 in a small bag, see how it goes. The other bags are fine to go home.

When you walk in you are greeted right away. Which is nice. But my review today is on the order I had delivered. It took door dash longer because he ended up going to another restaurant and picking up another order. I know this because I watched him. What should have been less than 10 min, turned into 22 minutes. Which now my food is cold and I got the queso, which wasn't all that great. But my biggest complaint comes from whoever made my order. If you look at the pictures you can see all the water in my bowl! This is why I hate ordering delivery, because they always do this! When I go in I ask them to drain everything, that way there's not a cup of water in the bowl, and your bowl isn't soggy!! Oh and I ordered lg chips and it looks like a sm bag. Yes, the bag said large.
