No complaints of the people that prepared my bowls. They are always very nice to me but they look sad and rushed by their shift lead i think it is. She’s a middle aged woman and kinda has an attitude towards them.

Her attitude needs to better towards her employees and reassure them they’re doing a great job because they are.

And just a small complaint on the food, is that the chips kinda always taste stale for some weird reason or maybe I’m just unlucky and get the bottom of them 😂

Server skimped me with a half a scoop of chicken which obviously wasnt enough for a burrito so I asked for more chicken and they charged me $4 EXTRA to fix thier mistake. I got the normal amount of chicken and paid $4 extra. I could understand if I wanted like a lot of chicken but I just wanted the usual. This is rediculous and a obvious rip off. I could have gotten 2 burritos for the price of this one at another restraunt. They charged me $20 for a single chicken burrito... Its usually $12. Its $10 for a chicken burrito at Taco La Villa on Union. I'll be spending my money elsewhere!

The food was great, but we were met with a bad attitude from the employee taking the order. He did not listen to what we ordered and proceeded to treat us like we were children. When the manager was requested, she avoided actually coming out to talk to us. Very poor customer service.

The food is ok but the way they treat people that do work for them is awful. The Manager called me urgently one day last year to do their annual Backflow test or Calwater would shutoff the water. They didn’t have keys to the locks on the anti theft cage so I had to go buy special cutters to cut the locks. Did the test sent it to Calwater and provided them with two new locks and for over a year have not been paid. I have sent dozens of emails and multiple in person contacts in an attempt to get this resolved. My family and I used to eat there quite a bit and I even offered to accept payment in a gift card if that made it easier. They don’t dispute the incredibly cheap price they were charged they jist tell me it is a corporate issue and have just refused to pay it.. I now refuse to support a company that treats people that way and hope you do the same. Sincerely,

I ordered BOWL. They left out the cheese, SOUR CREAM, GREEN LETTUCE, and GUACAMOLE. I was so shocked the moment I opened it.
I can't say this is a mistake. I would have understood if one or two things were missing. But I really couldn't accept that 4 things were missing. I will never visit again
