This is long overdue. I just want to express my sincerest gratitude for everyone at this location, especially, Lorena, the Manager. I have a severe gluten intolerance and she and the staff ensures that my family's food is prepared as carefully as possible each time we visit. She has trained the staff so well and this is the only location that provides such a great experience! Everyone has a positive attitude and are professional. We never feel like a burden and are always welcomed with huge smiles and greetings. We are extremely grateful, as other establishments have not been so kind and accommodating. Thank you all very much!!! Food is DELICIOUS!!!

Hardly got any meat
I got barbacoa and some bell peppers were in it from the tray next to the barbacoa the guy just acted like it was whatever. I hate bell peppers and he only did a small scoop of meat I couldn’t believe it when that was it for the price of meat I got
I didn’t wanna be a Karen and say anything but definitely never coming back here again

The restaurant manager was rude to me. I went in and checked if my mobile order was ready, it was not so I took a seat. There was at least four other people waiting too. The manager decided to single me out and ask what I was doing there, I answered “waiting for my order” she then asked what name it was under and I told her my name, she then made a face and said “there is no order for Carlos” I then corrected her and said “it’s CARLA” she didn’t say anything until my order was ready and instead of putting it on the mobile ready shelf she called my name really loud (even though I was right next to the pick up shelf) to go and get my order. I feel like she specifically was calling me out to try to embarrass me. she didn’t ask any of the other customers if they even needed help or what they were waiting for.

Closes at 11pm and it's not even 9pm but apparently theyre out of steak, asada and idk what else. Worst of all is that she waits til I'm in front of the line to tell me.

I got a bowl and the portions they put for the rice, carne asada, and beans were so small. I never had chipotle with servings that small, usually they’re so generous with the servings. And I noticed the man ordering after me, his servings were bigger compared to mine.

EVERYONE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!. THEY DO NOT SUPPORT ACTIVE MILITARY MEMBERS AS THEY ONLY GOVE DISCOUNTS FOR POLICE. WHAT A SLAP ON THE FACE WHEN YOU ARE IN LINE AND YOU’RE BEHIND POLICE AND THEY GIVE THEM DISCOUNTS BUT NONE TO MILITARY MEMBERS. THIS IS A DISGRACE TO THIS LOCATION AND CHIPOTLE.

flooded the toilet here before going to pick up a cupcake

Literally the worst, most bland food. This has been the case for years. I usually drive across town to the other locations to get better quality, but I was tired and gave this location another try after a long day. Never again. Next time I am tired and craving food at those prices, I'll go to Sizzler next door for a salad bar meal. At least its all you can eat comfort food for the same price after a long day. Yikes.

Its alright. You can see their chips touching the window. Its weird and dirty. You can ask for their window chips, they're cheaper.
