Chipotle Mexican Grill

Literally the worst, most bland food. This has been the case for years. I usually drive across town to the other locations to get better quality, but I was tired and gave this location another try after a long day. Never again. Next time I am tired and craving food at those prices, I'll go to Sizzler next door for a salad bar meal. At least its all you can eat comfort food for the same price after a long day. Yikes.

Its alright. You can see their chips touching the window. Its weird and dirty. You can ask for their window chips, they're cheaper.

I ordered a steak burrito and was expecting to eat a steak burrito but it was more like a rice and guacamole veg burrito. I'm not really one to complain but this was beyond skimpy. Worst burrito ever.

They called me fat on multiple instances and were very rude. Never coming back here again. Even yelled at me from across the restaurant.

If you enjoy laughably skimpy portions and finding things in your food that raise questions then this is the spot for you! We ordered a standard portion of chips and guac and our bag had less than a handful of chips! Y'all heard of potato chip companies filling their bags with air? Well our bag was literally 95% air. How this passed by an employee is beyond me. $5.10 for 10 crumbs of chips and guac is insulting. Then halfway through our meal my partner notices a puddle of liquid in her bowl like the rice or something else wasn't fully ready and used anyways. The employee preparing our meal did step off the counter with our bowls to grab ingredients from elsewhere so my theory checks out. Chipotle used to be the top dog when it came to fast casual but I guess this is what happens when you hire an Taco Bell executive as your new CEO and not to mention used to be owned by McDonalds. Just another soulless food joint.

This is one of the Chipotle restaurants that is poorly maintained. The interior was dirty and it looked like no one had ever cleaned the windows or floors. The kitchen area looked ok so that was the only reason I ordered.

Ordered from the Mt Vernon in Bakersfield, CA location thru the app on 2/13/25. The order was incomplete and the restaurant refused to help. All that we could do was get an app credit thru the app for the next time we ordered. Well, today, 2/21, we ordered again. Same order as last time, same location and again, order was wrong. This time, the location won't even answer the phone. Is this seriously the way Chipotle does business? I don't want an app credit, which assumes I'll be back. I don't want to drive back to the store. I want my money back.

So I'm guessing management has been telling their employees to go extra skimpy on meat, they provided very little meat and I asked for a little more and he said I would have to pay extra. A woman behind me had the same complaint except they accommodated her. So unfair!

Lazy workers. Went in at 7pm , they said they ran out of white rice and will not be making any. How tf you run out of white rice when all you need is cilantro, lemon , and salt which are all the ingredients needed to make other items? So lazy. Last time I’ll be going to this location because last time it was 3 hrs till closing and they said they ran out of guac. It’s always something with this location.

Every time I come to this chipotle their always out of multiple items, I work in the food industry myself so I try and be super understanding when it comes to things like this but this is just very frustrating, I came in yesterday at 7pm and they were out of steak, lettuce, salsa and etc so I just went to the Hawaiian barbecue place next door it’s just very disappointing

The food isn't as good anymore.rice wasn't cooked right. The pinto beans tasted like they had been warm from a week ago and they upped the price....No more

No complaints of the people that prepared my bowls. They are always very nice to me but they look sad and rushed by their shift lead i think it is. She’s a middle aged woman and kinda has an attitude towards them.

Her attitude needs to better towards her employees and reassure them they’re doing a great job because they are.

And just a small complaint on the food, is that the chips kinda always taste stale for some weird reason or maybe I’m just unlucky and get the bottom of them 😂
