Drove up to the drive through and told we had to order on line, then downloaded the app, then very limited payment options, had to walk in to pay. 100° out

The Plant based protein was just about empty (bottom of the barrel) so I asked to wait for the fresh batch. They said in about 10 minutes, ok that's fine. 3 minutes go by its now ready. I look and they just added water to make it look like they made a new batch. Smh..Not right!

Very small portions. Have consistently been decreasing portion sizes. Not worth the money

They don't accept phone orders in store, you have to call their online computer. I did and gave my credit card only then went to pickup my order. Then they said it didn't go thru and couldn't get my order! Then next day they charged my card anyway. Had to go thru hassle of contacting my bank to cancel my charges..big mess!
Never going there again!!

I went there after my workout, the service was great until the bigger lady who appeared to be the manager snatched the spoon out of the workers hand because the portions he was serving were allegedly to big… then she accidentally spilled the meat on the counter and put it back with the rest of the meat! Please be kind to your employees and learn respect. Only rating two starts because the employee was nice.

Food is good but seems like they are not giving as much of portions on rice and the choice of meat as they used to. For the price it is probably going to only be a twice a month visit , especially since the don't give you nearly as much. But still great tasting food.

Great food with generous portions. I always get a burrito bowl, and the portions have been big everytime. I have had a better experience here than I have had with other Chipotle experiences in Bakersfield.

We have been there a couple of times after 9 pm during the week. They are always out of chips. The girl at the front is always in a bad mood. Never a friendly smile.

Fajita veggies were raw, rice was cold, and I got about 9 pieces of chicken, even after asking for double, thats not really unexpected from chipotle though. Expensive too even after they halved the portions.
