We were very excited to visit the new location. First time we visited we wanted salads. They were out of lettuce. They were also rude about. Staff looked unkept with beards and long hair. We left Second visit we attempted to once again order salads. This time only about a cup of lettuce left and they tried to split it and short our salads. Trash needed to be dumped and again staff looked rough. Called to discuss with manager and it was not taken well. We will drive across town or better yet got to Baja Fresh

It was not busy when we went in, but the staff let us know during lunch hours at Stockdale High School it gets very busy! It is spacious and very clean, and staff seemed friendly. We love how this Chipotle has an open floor plan. You can see the staff cook and prep. My barbacoa burrito (did not take a pic of it) was BOMB! My husband said his bowl was delicious! This Chipotle has a drive thru....fyi! Will definitely return when we're craving Chipotle!!!

It seems like there is room for improvement in the customer service at the new Chipotle location. Although I was hoping for a more welcoming greeting, the staff and supervisor didn't seem very friendly. The server who helped us appeared uninterested and didn't make eye contact, which made for a disappointing experience. I believe that with some constructive feedback and training, the staff could improve and create a more positive experience for customers.
