Let me start by saying we booked a party DAY OF. Chris and the whole staff was so gracious to offer us their ear as we thoroughly made a decision 2 hours before our party. We got there about 15 min before hand and our host ASHLEY SANCHEZ was on it! She was so helpful, kind and so ON it. We appreciated his stress free she made the whole party. Thank you again Ashley, Chris and staff.
Will say the only thing I can say is there was a really bad sewage smells throughout the party area.

we had my sons birthday party here today and i can't say enough bad things about our experience, to start the restrooms are next to the party tables and the entire room smelled HORRID, the customer service was not good except for one person and that was a woman named DESIRE i believe, we booked 7pm to 9pm and by 8:40 we were already being forced to leave and we got up to refill our drinks and the man there was already at our table throwing away our stuff without even asking what we still needed, by the time we got back to the table the lights were off in the birthday area, keep in mind we paid for this party package and if they wanna close so bad at 9pm then why have 9pm as a choice to end a party if they are gonna kick you out 30 minutes before your time ends, also the food is SUPER expensive for the amount given..... , we're going somewhere else next time. do not book here.

My experience was nice the place looked clean and my daughter had a really good time I love how there is tables in the front of the playground to keep an eye on your little one. Staff are friendly just she messed up my order and charged me extra for something I didn’t want but other than that it was pretty good will be coming back for sure.
