We had a birthday party there. The price for the party wasn't bad at all. The pizza prices were insane and the prizes were trash.

My toddler loves it. It does get really hot though. But I love that they have lots of deals and coupons in comparison to other places. It’s always very crowded though. If they had a ninja pass for the play area that would be great since my baby is not old enough to really enjoy the games

Dirty place, salad bar a disaster as you see in pictures after people outing dirty plates all over she is pouring back into mix dirty container, Unprofessional approach from one of the teams to my little daughter making her cry for no reason at the trampoline I spoke to Luis (manager ) about the salad bar been dirty and covered with leftover food from other plates he states that is not going to happen again THATS IT ( not food safety procedures at all) cross contamination all over Didn’t know he was the manager he was at kitchen when I approached to ask about dirty tables no clean one in the entire place I regret it to purchase the summer pass there is no reason to comeback here Hope some one contact me back to address this issues especially the most important one why a team member didn’t talk to us before asking our kids about she is 3 years old

I ordered a regular sized boneless wings for $20 and only got 7 wings
I don't like the trampoline/play place is much and you must buy the socks on top of admissions, My kids had to choose games or trampoline and there are no packages for both unless you sign up for the monthly plan. Also the food and drinks are expensive, also the line to order everything is so long because they only have 1 person working that desk mid day on a Saturday.

I'm just too old to be there but it was for a birthday party. The place is very open so kids are obviously running everywhere. The bathrooms are ok just needed to be cleaned up. The smell of weed in a kids place was very disturbing. The food was good and the staff was very attentive to the parents that were having parties.

Walked in on a Holiday Monday afternoon- the place reeked of an awful odor- a mixture of wet, dirty carpet and feet smell. My son is 4 and said it smelled like hot cheese. We walked through the building to see if it smelled better in another location, but it didn’t. This is not the same Chuck E Cheese that we remembered from the 90’s. I had to make it up to my kid and take him elsewhere. We left to go somewhere else to avoid the germs in the air causing sinus infections 😷
