I love this place. I come here when I have a sweet tooth. I get a regular Cinnabon, it’s about $7 after tax. They used to be about $5 a few years ago. But a $1.50 increase in price over the last 4-5 years is a pretty modest price increase, especially at the Valley Plaza.

The Valley Plaza location is terrible. The employees stand around talking and laughing at customers and/or passerbys in the mall instead of working. You have to stand in line for a very long time for no known reason while they laugh and stand around. As a grubhub driver and customer I'm consistently told excuses why they can't fulfill an order after waiting. Today I've been waiting for over an hour and I still see no progress on this order. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time.

I ordered 2 packs of 9ct mini buns on grubhub. When it arrived the receipt attached said 2 single mini buns. And in the bag was just 1 single mini bun.
