We did not get a cinnabon. We got the Carvel Sunday. The prices are high but we come here just for the Carvel ice cream. For soft serve, it's pretty awesome. The girl was so nice and put the Sunday together just like my daughter asked for it. The chicken on a stick at the checkout looks so freaking good. I did not get it though because ...My concern was how long had all that food been sitting out there. There were mountains of chicken. Do they really sell it all in the required amount of time? I didn't see how that was possible. It sure looked crispy and delicious though. We were on a road trip and I didn't want to get sick by eating old chicken. This is a newer gas station and there is so much great junk food to eat here. So if you're on a road trip, you definitely should pop by nice atmosphere and nice people. Hopefully they'll respond here about whether all that chicken was just for display or if it really does sell out in the hour.

I only ordered a premade breakfast sandwich as far as food goes, but I did order a cinnabon coffee and that was on point. There were 2 young ladies working, and I kind of got the impression that one was training the other. They were both very polite and very pleasant. I definitely appreciate their service, it's unusual to see well trained staff anymore

The cinnamon bun is fresh and warm and then with the ice cream on top it makes the perfect taste and texture
Parking: I went in the morning around 8:30 and there was a few cars most of the spots were open, starting to get busy when I left.
Kid-friendliness: It's very reasonable for children there's all sorts of candies and sweets and I even seen a kids table and toys.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheel chair parking and wheel chair access in the entry.

This place is amazing my favorite thing to get here is the Frozen vanilla cold brew. I’ve also tried the rolls and there to die for ?. It’s also located in a Samco which makes getting snacks easier!

I go to Cinnabon so I can get freshly baked six packs of Cinnabon rolls. I have gotten them previously at this new location on Fairfax Road.However, when I went in today January 23, 2023. I was told that they no longer sell fresh from the oven, warm Cinnabon rolls in a 6-pack. If I wanted SIX freshly baked, warm, Cinnabon rolls, they’d sell them to me, but at the individual roll price, not the discounted price advertised for the six pack. I was directed to a display of rolls inside the store, that I was told were ‘made today,’ although there was no date or time on the boxes to verify this statement.The person at the register, Cynthia, stated that they initially offered warm, freshly baked Cinnabon six packs when they first opened, but changed that policy after receiving too many complaints from customers that the center of the role was undercooked.No matter how many 6 packs of rolls I have purchased over the years, from several different locations, I have always received explicit instructions at checkout, to set warm rolls on the counter, vented, when I get home, to avoid having the undercooked, doughy center. I listened & followed instructions.Those who failed to do so, then complained, are the ones being rewarded in this situation.I now have to pay a ‘per roll’ price at this Cinnabon location, rather than a discounted 6-pack price, if I wish to receive a FRESH WARM 6 pack of rolls, because other customers didn’t follow directions given to them at checkout.I was excited to finally have a Cinnabon location close to home. The new policy has changed all that!I’ll be buying future rolls at the Cinnabon location in the mall again, where they still offer fresh, warm rolls.
