I’ve come here a few times and always had a good experience. However, when I ordered today the lady scooping the cinnamon rolls was extremely rude. The customer before me changed his mind (or there was a misunderstanding) about the cinnamon roll he ordered after he received it. The workers asked me if I wanted a classic cinnamon roll so they could just give me the one the other customer changed their mind on. I politely asked if I can get a fresh cinnamon roll. They ignored me and the lady that was scooping the cinnamon rolls tried giving me the cinnamon roll the other customer had ordered anyways. I politely asked for a fresh one again and she gave me so much attitude and was making faces at me and was passive aggressively scooping my cinnamon roll. I do not want someone else’s food that they changed their mind on. I’m paying with my hard earned money and expect a fresh cinnamon roll just like everyone else. Not to mention it’s gross. I got her name and will be reaching out to the manager on Monday. Her behavior was extremely rude and immature.

Such a great Idea convenient store and Cinnabon combo absolutely convenient. Zippin zip out. Don’t have to deal with any of the mall traffic.
