Cold Heart Ice Cream

Google says they open at 1pm all week. They do not. Multiple times over multiple days I've showed up between 1-3pm and they were closed. And when I do manage to catch them open, 8 out of 10 times they only have ice cream and seem to be out of any of their other promised desserts/snacks. Feels like this place is barely functioning. Overall very disappointing

4th or 5th time I go and they are closed, when they should be open. It's 6pm and it says they close at 9.

Shake machine was broken. ☹️

The place is very nice and the person who attends is very friendly the place looks clean it's good to come to eat a snow here it's good to escape the heat

Staff was nice and helpful, icecream and treats were delicious and well priced! Not to mention the place is decorated super cute

I'm conflicted because I love the decorations and idea behind it but the ice cream and other snacks are nothing special. I never get the wow factor one expects from a higher priced ice cream. I had the churros and it just was not good. Very small and tasted kinda old. It's a beautiful place but I have yet to find an item that really gets me hooked. At their best it just tastes very average. I hope they can improve.

Customer service was great! We tried the butter pecan, coconut, coffee almond, and eggnog ice cream and they all tasted great. Will be back for sure!

I got the Crepe with coffee & strawberry cheesecake ice cream and it was delicious - it hit the spot on my sweet tooth. As well we got vanilla with tequila ice cream was delicious as well. If your around this part of town definitely try it out. I'll be definitely coming back.

Some of the nicest people , the girls there are very polite and easy going , all fresh ingredients, the milkshakes are old fashioned so they are easy to slurp and ready to go , I would greatly recommend the milkshake and the paletas frescas , aguas too!

Delicious! Yes yes YAAAAAAAAASSSSSS! My new favorite thing in the world is tamarindo and strawberry wine sorbets together. If you are looking for "by the bucket weight" place, keep going. This place is serving retro with a slice of your favorite memories from childhood. I am loving the Aguas Frescas. My favs are Jamaica and cucumber flavor. But they have the 10 other flavors like horchata. Great friendly service. 100% coming back
