So decided to get an ice cream cake for my toddlers birthday, yesterday. Ask the girls behind the counter to write happy birthday on the cake. They were nervous, they had nothing to be nervous about because it came out amazing!! She loved her cake!!
Ice cream was good but they didn't have many options and it looked a bit disorganized
Worker was rude and showed no kindness. I found a hair in my ice cream. Please be more sanitary.
Great ice cream and service. Would give 5 stars but it's always kinda dirty and stinks in there. If you go on weekends after dinner be prepared to stand in line.
Went with my girlfriend it was a good scenamtic area, had various topping aswell as flavors. Also signature creations we ended up getting banana pudding ice cream with strawberries it was good but to bananaE. Overall it’s a good place though to come if you’re craving something sweet!!

Place smelled bad, the people ignored us for 8 minutes hella moody, talking and still ignoring us. Ice cream good tho just get new staff their mental health needs it

I was there March 24th early evening. One of the staff was very rude. She rolled her eyes just because I asked to see the size of the container for a medium. Maybe she is unaware of herself. They all seemed to be looking at me like I landed on earth in a UFO. Maybe I’m just a super model!

I bring my nephew here at least twice a month. He refuses to go anywhere else. And he always spends no less than 30 dollars of his hard earned money. He says it's the best in the world. ☺️

Good snow well served but very sweet for me
We found out they don’t take Apple Pay after our ice creams were made. The lady was nice but with todays day and age, Apple Pay is kind of expected.They took the ice cream back and we went to baskin robins where they welcome Apple Pay.
Very good ice cream. Nice workers. Cheesecake fantasy is very very good.
They sent the wrong order with grubhub. They tried telling me it was set for pickup when it was clearly set for delivery. They tried to make up for it with free waffle bowls but they were stale…don’t think I’ll be going back there….
