Me and my husband always goes have ice cream at this place and we just visited the ice cream place we were buying a cake for our son and a bucket of ice cream we started eating it and my husband got a long hair inside the ice cream. That very disgusting will not come back to this place ever again. They should be more careful when they package things.

I bring my nephew here at least twice a month. He refuses to go anywhere else. And he always spends no less than 30 dollars of his hard earned money. He says it's the best in the world. ☺️

Employees are rude and disrespectful, I asked if they had a customer service number to call about a reward I had got through my email and employee claimed they did not have a customer service number at all I went home looked it up and found the number on their website.

We found out they don’t take Apple Pay after our ice creams were made. The lady was nice but with todays day and age, Apple Pay is kind of expected.They took the ice cream back and we went to baskin robins where they welcome Apple Pay.

I came to Cold Stone to purchase gift cards for students in my classroom whom were top earners in our fundraiser. On 6/5/23 In the evening I was denied my cards due to the fact that my 2003 $100 bill was too old. The person behind the counter said they only accept new $100 bills. I could have took out my ATM card but I no longer wanted to give them my business. Yougart Zone gladly accepted my money. Yougart Zone made pleasant conversation. I will no longer return to Cold Stone.

They sent the wrong order with grubhub. They tried telling me it was set for pickup when it was clearly set for delivery. They tried to make up for it with free waffle bowls but they were stale…don’t think I’ll be going back there….

Walked in and saw a roach on the floor walking around near the ice cream while I was about to order. Then saw one walking around on the counter near the register. I didn’t eat my ice cream.

Don't support this business!.my autistic adult son was called a FUKING r***** by the employee here..she made fun of my sons speech. At least 3 xs time while him n his friend were purchasing Ice cream.. completely inappropriate behavior from this employee.. I'm asking you NOT to patronize this store..completely unacceptable behavior..Management gave me their word, this situation would be addressed..as of 21 days later NOT one word or return call from KATELYN..THE store manager!
