Blonde girl working around 12-1pm ish job was giving us attitude for no reason whatever very uncomfortable ordering process, serving ice cream is one of the easiest jobs she can at least try to enjoy it

Don't go here the blonde lady is super rude and makes faces at you when you order. Her name is Kaitlyn.

Hot day. A little expensive

White lady in there is so rude , very bad lazy energy and didn’t greet us upon arrival , no smile no nothing. I asked for a small “bowl type” cone with two scoops and she said that it was a “large” so I said okay cool, then I ordered a small handheld cone with one scoop and it was the same price as the large with two scoops, she didn’t bother to explain why and either way she was being very confusing on purpose. I hated the service nonetheless and it’s very expensive to say the least, I spend a few cents under $20 for two ice-creams, That’s crazy.

Don’t use the Coldstone app. I was using it to place an order at the Rosedale location. I ordered the ice cream, entered my contact information, then my payment information. I touched the Pay key and it just stayed on the payment screen. I pressed it again and got some random error message saying You can’t change the basket. I assumed the order didn’t go through since there was no confirmation or anything. My son happened to be shopping near the Ming location so I asked him to go to the store and order the ice cream. I later checked my bank account and saw I was charged for the app order. When I called the store they told me they got the order and made the ice cream. I explained the situation and asked them to cancel the order. The manager said they would not cancel it because the ice cream was already made. Even though the app messed up. So I deleted the app. I would rather go to Dewars or Handels in the future.

If you want good service, this isn't the place that gives it. I walked in the store and was never acknowledged. I would hate to say this is about race but, can't help to think that it is. Not only was I not acknowledged, but people who came in after me were getting service, and I couldn't even get a hello. So I decided to sit down and observe. I could've made a huge deal about not getting service, but it was evening and I had worked 10 hours. So of course by this time I'm exhausted and I didn't have the energy. So as I sat and observed, I couldn't help but notice the unsanitary practices. Not cleaning counter after preparing each order. Going from register without cleaning hands and then preparing food . Go at your own risk. Maybe your experience will be a better one.

Ordered 2 got a have its they were equal to the next size down, my wife's was so sloppy with ice cream all over the outside of the container. They started to clean the ice cream freezer and were spraying windex right next to the open exposed ice cream , the girl that served us has an attitude of not wanting to work if the owners want her name message me

First time coming to this location. Store was clean and organized. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Got a banana pudding chocotaco, and it was amazing. Definitely would recommend this place.

Rosedale location has roaches (I worked here for 1 year) and last time I was here the service was awful. The owner Steve and his daughter Kaitlyn are awful. Completely rude. Expired ice cream as well. Go to Dewars or Handel’s pls don’t support this awful company.

Had a great experience with the kids tonight! They love coming up with their own creations! I appreciate the staff’s friendliness & patience with the kids constantly changing their mind! I had their new Jello Banana Pudding Signature; my new fave!!! Can’t wait for our next visit!!
