Had a great experience with the kids tonight! They love coming up with their own creations! I appreciate the staff’s friendliness & patience with the kids constantly changing their mind! I had their new Jello Banana Pudding Signature; my new fave!!! Can’t wait for our next visit!!

Rosedale location has roaches (I worked here for 1 year) and last time I was here the service was awful. The owner Steve and his daughter Kaitlyn are awful. Completely rude. Expired ice cream as well. Go to Dewars or Handel’s pls don’t support this awful company.

Last night me and my husband came to buy a ice cream cake already made and a tube of ice cream that was already made. When we starting to eat the ice cream he got a hair came out of the ice cream. Thats very disgusting I will not be returning to that store ever again.

Love their ice cream cake! Always a must-have on special occasions :-). We got there at like 2ish pm, and place was empty and pretty quiet. We ordered a Small Coffee House Crunch ice cream cake and asked for writing on it and it came out good! It gave us a good laugh as the exclamation point had a tiny curve to it so from an angle, it looked like a question mark LOL. But nonetheless the writing looked great and the cake tasted amazing omg!!

We went this month of May about 7:50, our second visit ever. There were 2 people in front of us which is not bad . We were not acknowledged and we were patiently waiting. No one helped us so we decided to leave and took our business to Target. I never go back to places with inexperienced staff or unfriendly service.

My customized cake did not look appealing. When I tried to find a solution for them to fix it, the staff brushed me off and weren't very polite. I would be embarrassed to try and sell a cake that looked that way. I walked out and left.

Came in on 3/29 at around 8:30 PM girls in there were so rude don't greet their guests they just watch you walk in and ignore you definitely ruined my mood

I ordered a small chocolate devotion and my friend ordered a small banana caramel thing and oh my goodness they are absolutely scrumptious. It brings me joy to eat this ice cream. I'm lactose intolerant but I give Cold Stone an exception. 10000/10 recommend for sure. The workers were so efficient. Love it!!!!

Pour customer service, great product. I brought it to an employees attention there was a price discrepancy on there door dash app. A 2+ dollar difference. I told her it wasn't included in the tax, delivery fee, or tip. She was rude and acted like she didn't care. I went the day before and ordered the same thing and the ice cream was 2+ cheaper. I asked to speak to a manager or if I could get a couple of toppings added to make up the difference, but the employee still was in able to help.
