It's really a shame that this store always smells like rotten milk now. It's been like this for a while now and I always regret coming here. Really needs an industrial cleaning. :-/

Went in to get an ice cream tonight, had to turn around and walk out. Lost my appetite, smelled like spoiled milk.

Tried place first time today. Really good! Satisfied my sweetooth least a few hours. Customer service outstanding, guy was very welcoming, friendly, and recommended the perfect thing.

Horrible customer service, got my order wrong. Very rude plus very expensive do not recommend

Don’t think I might come back to this location. The kids who work there at night are very unprofessional and did not want to work. I had to talk loud just for them to help us and we were waiting for a while while it was not full and the person in front of us left and still weren’t helping us. They need to be replaced with people who want to work and do their job.

We’ve been coming to this location for 6mos. or more and service had been great till today it was horrible. Usually we get got to have it cup and one of the got to have it was way under the serving. I guess this big gal thought I was too heavy that I didn’t need much ice cream. I will never go back to this location again.

Every time I order thru Uber eats I get ripped off because I pay for love it size and they send like it size. Will no longer purchase from them

Dropped by with family after lunch, we had our order in no time, we always enjoy our favorite ice cream flavors here. We always come back and we recommend this place.

Please don’t support this company. Steve and his daughter Kaitlyn run it and treat the staff horrible. Not to mention they have roaches. The customer service is awful don’t understand how they are still running. Please go to Dewars or Handel’s at least they care for customers

04/01/2024 at around 8:15pm, the two girls have absolutely no customer service skills. No greet, no “hey sorry for wait, someone will be with you” or “hello, im going to let someone know to come help”. Who ever these two girls are, need to either get trained again or let go. The guy that actually made our ice cream was ok. Didn’t say much, but at least he helped.

Great. Staff was wonderful, fast and friendly

Its Coldstone. Clean, staff were friendly the ice cream was solid. The consistency of the ice cream here is always a little bit too “stretchy” i’d say. Not necessarily the biggest fan of that. Definitely not bad, but its serviceable.
