Can’t believe I never gave this place a try. I can now get my boba nearby my home. Love the donuts. They really put apples in the apple fritters unlike other places. Will be trying their other donuts of course. They even server other drinks that they keep chilled in a refrigerator.

I asked for a Croissant with Ham, Egg and Cheese and the croissant was really chewy. The coffee was served cold. First time and last time on this spot.

So i just got s apple fritter and it probaly one of the best ones ive ever had now i almost wanna come back when they come freeh out the oven way better then Angel donuts

Why can't seem to go in when they have fresh donuts let's visit them three times and out of the three times each time my donuts were stale. Nice friendly staff beautiful atmosphere. But with no would like to know what day do you guys put out the fresh donuts.

Nice quiet shop. Other boba shops have loud blaring music. It's a bit pricier than other shops I've been to, but not horribly expensive. I've tried the horchata boba and it's the best compared to a frappe. Worker is courteous. However, the homeless tend to loiter on this part of the block.

Ever since I found this place I keep going back. While the price isn't amazingly cheap, it's the closest place in the area to get a nice smoothie, that tastes delicious, and has a great serving size. If you like a good smoothie and live on this side of town, I can't recommend anything better!

Tried this donut shop on two separate occasions with my family as it is near our home. This place is not only overpriced but unfortunately their donuts, like their coffee, are too weak. We now know to bypass and drive the extra miles to other donut shops.

I had the best donut of my life here. The simple but fluffiest chocolate ring donut. You must try this place!
