First thing you'll notice when you come here is how kind and friendly the staff is, super sweet and kind people that showed us a bunch of options. The food is flippin amazing, the waffle fries are perfectly crispy and slightly soggy on the inside. The burgers are definitely made with love. Everything is clean and tidy and the decor has a cute classic 50's ambiance. This is definitely my boyfriend and I's new favorite spot!

Double Cheeseburger combo meal only $10! (Daily Specials all week long, got this on Wednesday). Upgraded the combo fries for 50/50 fried mushrooms and jalapeño poppers. Food was super fresh. Also got the Juicy Steak Fries, and all the ingredients were freshly cut. Super friendly staff too. Everything was halal (expect the pastrami)

Can't wait to come back! Clean, smells great, food was delicious and the service was excellent. My kids fought over the garlic Parmesan wings... and they don't like much. I loved the atmosphere. Excited to make this a regular spot to go to when we are close by.

Got this delivered one night craving burgers and it was very good it hit the spot. Next time I'd opt for a burger instead of a chili cheese dog but it was still good. Love the fried zucchini.

This place used to be great, the most aptly named joint Bakersfield. The burgers were indeed juicy. And the fries were fresh-cut and wonderful! I hadn't been there in maybe a year, and thought I'd rectify that a few days ago. I've grown fond of animal style fries, or smash fries, and thought that their fries would be perfect for such a treatment. They made them for me, along with a cheeseburger. I then got a drink elsewhere, and it was time to chow down. Upon opening the clamshell they put the fries in, I discovered that they were previously frozen crinkle-cut fries that you'd find at a drive-in. What happened to the glorious Juicy Burger fries? Some of them weren't even fully cooked. And the burger wasn't even Juicy, like before. What a disappointment! I'm not sure if they have new owners or what. But it isn't really the same place.

I went in on a Thursday to place a 17 person order for pick up the next day Friday at 11.They were so kind and helpful and were right on time the next day! Everything was packaged and neat. I super appreciate Vanessa who was the cook for working with me and making great food that our program participants really enjoyed! Both the cashier and cook were super friendly and helpful! We will definitely be utilizing juicy burger again. Also, staff ordered on Thursday 6 meals and we all enjoyed the food! THANK YOU!!!!

Juicy Burger is exactly what it advertises "Juicy" customer service is great. The menu is easy to read and not overwhelming. The indoor dining is clean and inviting. I appreciate that they have high chairs for small children. I really like that it isn't cluttered. I will be coming back. Step aside In-N-out Juicy Burger is where it's at!

Had the pastrami burger combo and added chili. The food was great, also got to enjoy American idol on the big screen in the restaurant, which made for a calming ambiance. Customer service was good as usual. Come enjoy. Note, they have daily specials under $10.

Terrible customer service. I currently have no voice and showed them this exact order. I get home with the food and neither of them are plain. Covered in sauce and toppings. Plus cheese sticks are missing.I drove 10 minutes back. They fixed it but then told me they weren't making the cheese sticks unless I paid the up charge because they didn't originally charge me for them. I suggested they could just do it anyways considering I had to waste gas because they messed up the first order... I was informed that, that wasn't their problem and if I wanted cheese sticks I could pay the charge.At this time I also ordered a PLAIN classic dog for my 4 year old. They gave it to me with mustard and relish. Then gave me an attitude when I asked them to remake it.
