The food was good but the crab wasn’t cooked properly. Very soft shell and the meat was stuck to the shell making eating it harder than it should be. Wouldn’t recommend the king crab here considering how much you’re paying to eat over cooked crab

Very unprofessional! We’ve been loyal customers and always order the family pack without issue. Today, for my birthday, we waited 50 minutes while others who ordered after us, including a large family with the same order, got their food in 10 minutes. When we asked about our order, the staff was rude and made excuses. When we requested a refund, they refused, insisting on a gift card. After much back and forth, they finally refunded us. So, I decided to order the snow crab with THE ONE sauce on the hot scale. Needless to say, very disappointed. No taste or flavor whatsoever in the sauce. I think I'll stay with the cajun hot.
