I placed an order online to be brought out to the car; parked in proper Crumbl spot. When I placed the order, the app said "pickup time 12:10pm", but it was like 12:26pm, so from the start it didn't make sense. Got to Crumbl about 20 mins after the order was placed, texted "here" & entered description of the car as required on the app, waited more than 10 mins before we decided to go inside & just grab the cookies, even though !both of us are having physical limitations from injuries at the time!, and the gal at the counter said "there was no car there", when we were there the entire time as I let them know I arrived, unless they tried to bring it out the second the app ORDER hit, which would be ridiculous. Anyway, overall not that big of a deal, but, how can ANYTHING change if we don't vocalize? That's my 2025 "resolution" if I had one! P.s. CRUMBL IS STILL AMAZING. Pink Almond cookie for the win! Just, DO BETTER, Bakersfield;)
