Well this was my first experience with dangnys and I was just walking back from my church on 17th Street..and I am handicapped from my stroke which left me with incontinence so I hav to wear man diapers...this time I didn't have my walker of course...I asked to use the bathroom and they said I must order something first...so I did of course the espresso frap was not as good as I expected..then after ordering my drink I was then allowed to use the bathroom...the bathroom is way small and as I sat there on the toilet I could read what everyone has writing since 2023... And had i had my walker I wouldn't have been able to even get inside.....but oh well I needed to use the bathroom and tats what I did .I didn't look homeless because I had a 200 dollar silver chain around my neck and a 150 dollar titanium bracelet as well as 50 man bag around my shoulder...but ater I was given the address for my taxi driver to pick me up...I went back in a gave them a 5 dollar tip and said thank u for ur generosity..I would have given a 20..but their customer service was not so favored...

I needed a cozy place to nest before my train back home. The other places were more for vibey fast moving aesthetics. This felt like a real rest stop. The quiché was delicious and paired it with a fancy tea latte. Tasty Am if you ask me.

Ordered for dine in on a Monday afternoon, service was fast.
The almond croissant is sweet, soft, buttery, tasty and filling! Tastes fresh and gets warmed up for customers. I'm also a huge fan of the ham and cheese croissant as it also gets warmed up and is better than the Starbucks ham and cheese. Portion sizes are generous and prices are reasonable and affordable.

First time at Dagny’s this morning and it was a wonderful experience. I had a fresh slice of coffee cake recommended by Trenton and a cold ice coffee! All the items were fresh and delicious! Barista Trenton was friendly and had amazing customer service! I will be returning!

I have nothing but good experiences at Dagny’s thanks to Trenton! He’s always so welcoming and upbeat. He makes one of the best coffees I’ve ever had! Can’t get coffee like that anywhere else!

Recently I have been trying local coffee shops, and i fell in love with Dagneys. Its easy to. But unfortunately here I am with a 1 star review. A couple months ago as i sipped my iced latte i had found a thick black plastic in my coffee. Lucky for me i did not swallow it. I call the shop and tell them what I found and they said it could be something from a machine they are fixing and asked if i would like to speak to the manager, I say no just wanted to give a heads up in case you didn’t notice & i styaed away for a bit but couldn’t resist the coffee and went back. Well this morning I order a latte, and while waitimg someone who ordered after me asked if her order was done, the barista told her no he was working on it. Almost instantly her coffee was done and i said “bruh”. More of a comment to myself than directly to anyone. The Barista, sarcasticly looks and me from the machine and says your up next, the item you ordered we do not offer. (Its soft top ) Then looks again, and very rudely says coming right up. So when my coffee was done he says “Your coffee is ready… bruh” very rudely. I told him it was not necessary and he got louder and trying covering up his sarcasm by saying things like “have a nice day”. This happened in front of other customers as well as the cashier with bold glasses. I told him that people like him would stop me from coming to Dagneys and that the owner wouldn’t appreciate the way he was acting. He very rudely stated she was in the back and i laughed and said ok, while he hollers “have a nice day!” By this point everyone in the coffee shop is staring. Its disappointing how quickly he switched up his attitude on me and forgot customer service, over a comment that was not made to him. I will not be returning to Dagneys unfortunately. His name is Trent or Trenton.
