Dave & Buster's Bakersfield

I love using OpenTable to make reservations at Dave & Busters,it just makes party planning so much easier. We had a lovely waitress and she attended to all 18 of us.

We were there for the canelo fight. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Roberto was our server and dispite of it being a busy night he was very attentive to our party.

We have gone to this location twice in the last month. Both times for birthday and Felicia the server we had was fantastic. The manager Alex was really sweet as well. Definitely going back again. Love this place and my kids always have a blast.

My server Joe was not the friendliest server I have ever met. He got our order, checked up with us only twice but he never offered any refill on our drinks and I have to flag him down so he can bring us our check. Maybe he was busy and occupied with his other tables but the restaurant was not that busy during the time of our visit.

The food was great, it tasted really good, however, it was a little over priced for the amount of food. The waiter was really busy with all the orders but still managed to get our food to us. Overall, it was a good experience!

Horrible horrible. Will not go back. Had to wave server down to take our order to get refills. Food came out cold had no flavor. Manger was just walking around. Place is going downhill fast and it is sad

We keep going back, hoping for a better experience yet get disappointed again. My husband told me he doesn't want to go there anymore We came for the $40 date night for Valentine's! We made a reservation on open door. My husband arrived as scheduled & was seated quickly. He ordered an appetizer, specifying no pico. I arrived probably 20 minutes later, the appetizer hasn't arrived. I've i arrived, we placed our ordered, the waiter was very nice & quick. A little later then appetizer arrived, the waist noticed the pico, said that's not supposed to be on there but never offered to have it remade. (There was actually a lot of pico & my hubby doesn't eat tomatoes.) I had to flag him down & ask to have it remade. So, of course, our food came before the appetizer, one of my husband's biggest pet pieces at a restaurant. Other than that, the food was good. Last time we were there they cleared our table while we were playing games, this time, thankfully they didn't so we played games & came back. The games are over priced. We each had a $20 game card each & only got like 5 or 6 games because each is like 8-10 chips. Basically our $40 date night was dbl that because they get you with uncharge & entice you into buying more game chips.

Our server kept messing up on our tabs, incorrect food was coming to our table, drinks took long to arrive, never got our waters that we ordered, and never got refills on the kids drinks only the adults.

We were there to see a WWE Royal Rumble and ended up staying four hours at our table to watch the whole thing. Staff was very kind and kept checking on us. The manager came by to make sure we were happy. It was pretty nice. Eating out has gotten so expensive but I feel like we got a ton of food and it was cheaper than I expected it to be. I appreciate the number of food options. It is a chaotic environment but you can tell they think a lot about logistics and making everyone happy, even with so much going on. Considering it was a busy Saturday night with multiple groups of 10 to 20 people, I think they did a pretty good job!

Dave and Buster's was great. Went to celebrate my grandson's birthday. He had the best day ever and I quote. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food came out hot and delicious. The reservation made our visit seamless. Can't wait to go back.

Not to happy I had a xane... I wish it was like it used to be if we had a prefrence on seating i had a cane and was put at 2 places was difficult for disables... got there bout 2p didnt get to get drinks n missing 1 after 2:30 didnt get to order for long time.. there was few groups but more busy after we got food n my fries were cold. Also never waited long enough to see if need anything else. And niise was extremely loud i felt i had to yell to order.

The waiter we had was amazing! We've had multiple birthday parties with Dave N Busters! We can't recommend them enough.

Overall fun place to go.. they weren't very busy but the service is slow. Friendly staff

Emerald has the absolute worse service I went couple days ago and she isn’t helpful with the orders she seemed like she was in a terrible mood but I came to eat and have a good time she ruins the vibe.
