Service sux!!! We spent 4 hours at this place and we ordered food first but our waiter didn't bother to take away our plates so my guests were having a 3 hour conversation with dirty dishes on the table because waiter didn't bother to take them away but when I asked for the bill they had already charged the gratuity fee plus the waiter put me on the spot asking me loudly if I still wanted change. Will never go back to that location again.

We went this past weekend. Waited over an hour for our food that was incorrect. Then we ordered the food to go and the bartender never came back to let us know about our to go order. We spoke to the poor excuse of a Manager. Who was so rude and very unprofessional. He was yelling and being very disrespectful. The bartenders are rude and very unwelcoming. We will not be going back. I Will also be calling corporate because I have never seen an establishment ran the way this restaurant is. Very disappointed with a almost $200 tab to be disrespected and forgot about.

On New Year’s Day, our family visited Dave and Buster's, where one of our children who has autism, became overstimulated and was struggling. When dining out, if she becomes upset, the restaurant staff usually try to rush us out, asking repeatedly if we would like to cash out. While other diners stare at us. When Dave and Buster’s manager Ducky approached our table, he did opposite of how we usually get treated. He was very understanding and treated us with so much compassion and kindness. Every worker we interacted with was amazing. Ducky thank you so much for your kindness to our family. We had a great experience and I wanted to acknowledge it by writing a review.

We were there on a Monday night football day and Service was bad bad bad! Our waiter was Super slow and had to wait about 20/30 minutes to get our drinks everytime we ordered one 🙄. When our food arrived wing weren't that good and not all the way cooked, asked for ranch like 3/4 times n when finally got it niece was almost done (about 30 min or so) with her fries and didn't want to eat her pizza no more!! We will probably never come back again. Also they wouldn't take our dirty cups as we were done with our drinks we pilled them up because our table was really full!!!

Waited 15 minutes to be seated no one approach us. So we just sat at the bar 5 or so minutes later no one was behind the bar or asked if we have been helped. I asked for a manager and they were in the bathroom. I just walked out.

Egift cards suck here. They do not honor them. Also security is a joke. They don't bother to ask staff when needed. I told one security that front entrance hand sanitary station was out and he responded with 'its just for looks ' then he just laughed about it.

- My 3rd time here. Everything was good till the other day.

- They didnt wash a cup well, my wife drank 80% of it and noticed nasty leftovers on the inside of the cup, I made a simple calm compliant.

- They then had 6 security personnel to escort us out. Got mad we didn't head right to the door and leave right away. I told them we're waiting on our kids.

- Made it seem like we were criminals lol. Unnecessary...

- Not a refund, not even a simple apology about the incompetence to clean.
Asked if she wanted another. Why would she want another when things are clearly not washed properly.

- that manager def needs better training on customer service.

- be aware of your plates/cups/utensil. Might have leftovers from previous customers.

- will not be back, good luck.

Very disappointed with this place. I visited this past weekend with my husband and children, and we ended up being escorted out by four security guards and the manager simply for making a complaint.

When we arrived, our children went to play while my husband and I sat at the bar to have a drink. Right away, I noticed the bar counter hadn’t been wiped down and still had leftover limes from a previous customer. It wasn’t a big deal at first, as I assumed it would be cleaned once we were served. Unfortunately, that never happened. The bartender took our order and removed the limes but didn’t clean the counter. We also were not asked for ID.

About halfway through my drink, my husband noticed dark stains stuck to the inside of my beer glass, which was very off-putting. He brought this to the manager’s attention. Instead of taking the concern seriously, the manager became defensive and said it was “just leftover Tajín from a previous drink,” which was unacceptable. I kindly asked for refund, he then offered another drink, but the situation had already made us uncomfortable. We left the bar to look for the children in the play area. As we were walking, we noticed four security guards and the manager following behind us and asking us to leave the premises, treating us as though we were criminals causing a disturbance.

What should have been a simple cleanliness concern escalated unnecessarily. No apology , no refund. We felt harassed and discriminated against by the way we were treated. Overall, the lack of hygiene, professionalism, and customer service made this a very unpleasant experience.

Such a fun experience! The games were great, the place was clean, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Food and drinks were on point too. Perfect for a night out highly recommend!

So I had a corporate event down the street and some of the employees wanted to unwind. So we decided why not let’s check out Dave & Buster’s. To my surprise, the entire staff was appeasing attentive beyond my expectation. It was so impressive that we are contemplating talking to the management team about holding our next corporate function there kudos to the entire staff at Dave & Buster’s. You will see us again. Job well done
