I went to this location today and went to order. Wait a 10 minutes and nobody took my order. So I drove up to the window to order. It took additional 5 minutes before they served the car in front of me and then she told me to go back around that she had people behind me. :(

As of today del taco off of mount Vernon is on my no go list, their grilled chicken(if they can call it that) was salty and hard to stomach, each time I've eaten there I have ended up feeling down right sick.......they really need to start focusing on quality again..

This Del Taco off of Mt. Vernon is the best location in Bakersfield! I've never had an issue with my order nor with my food lacking proper proportions. I live far from this location, but I'm willing to make the trip.

I went today and ordered a quesadilla. But I had forgot to ask to remove the green sauce so when I got to the window I asked if they could remove it cause it was for my one year old. They asked me to wait in the front and when give my bags I said thank you they replied really rude and rolled there eyes at me Please have a better face with customers

Can't really comment on the service. You do your own order in a screen 100% they just hand you your food and sauce then turn around.
A place to eat processed American Mexican style food such as hamburgers and tacos. The taste is like a frozen food, however it is cheap.

I got ripped off by deltaco I order 2 chicken tacos, dbldel burger fries,large rootbeer, I didn't get my del burger this was thru drive thur I tried to contact to restaurant no luck most likely will be going somewhere else in future.?

I got food poisoning after eating nachos with carne asada from here. I get del taco regularly and have never gotten sick. Had some yesterday and have been throwing up and on the toilet ever sense. Maybe don't get meat from here.

Protein portions are abysmal especially on promotional items. They do pack on sauces and rice though. When I say abysmal my "Trejos Taco" Al Pastor Taco had 3 small chunks of pork and 1 small bit of pineapple, the burrito was also a sea of guac, rice and beans. Never tasted any pineapple at all and there was like a bit of pork at the end/bottom of it.
