I went today and ordered a quesadilla. But I had forgot to ask to remove the green sauce so when I got to the window I asked if they could remove it cause it was for my one year old. They asked me to wait in the front and when give my bags I said thank you they replied really rude and rolled there eyes at me Please have a better face with customers

I got ripped off by deltaco I order 2 chicken tacos, dbldel burger fries,large rootbeer, I didn't get my del burger this was thru drive thur I tried to contact to restaurant no luck most likely will be going somewhere else in future.?

I got food poisoning after eating nachos with carne asada from here. I get del taco regularly and have never gotten sick. Had some yesterday and have been throwing up and on the toilet ever sense. Maybe don't get meat from here.

Protein portions are abysmal especially on promotional items. They do pack on sauces and rice though. When I say abysmal my "Trejos Taco" Al Pastor Taco had 3 small chunks of pork and 1 small bit of pineapple, the burrito was also a sea of guac, rice and beans. Never tasted any pineapple at all and there was like a bit of pork at the end/bottom of it.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I absolutely love Taco Thursday. Love the epic burrito guacamole with grilled chicken. However, I don't care for their birria pork. Del taco is a great place to bring your family for a quick dine in experience.
Vegetarian options: The menu has a large vegetarian selection all you have to do is just ask for the meat to be taken out completely and you can add beans to any order for protein.

We definitely prefer Del Taco over Taco Bell, hands down. Taco Bell's serving sizes like with their nacho Bell grande have gotten smaller yet their prices go higher... Del tacos, tacos Supremes are loaded with meat lettuce and cheese. And they have french fries!! ?
I used to love coming to this particular Del Taco. Now, not so much. Food was made sloppy, couldn't eat a burrito with out it falling apart and inside falling out. So I had to open up the burrito and eat it with a fork. Not happy about that. Staff either ignores you or are rude. Dinning area not clean. You would think making $20 bucks an hour you would at least take some pride in your work but not here. Not ever coming back to the Mt. Vernon location.

They have a kiosk to order, which is ok. Everyone seems to be in a rush and can't make your food correctly. Maybe they need time to adjust? Also not very friendly. As of now this place I do not recommend.

Google really needs to offer 0 stars. Horrible customer service and the employees ignore you when you walk in for service. Save your time, money and frustration by avoiding this place. Go to the Taco Bell across the street. They always have amazing service.

I ordered on line and it took over 20 mins for food to be ready after I checked in. What's the point of ordering on line prior to arriving and still having to wait so long. Employees were too busy talking among themselves and doing drive thru orders instead of people who ordered ahead. I also customized the ingredients on my food and it still was wrong. I didn't notice until I got home.
