This Del Taco off of Mt. Vernon is the best location in Bakersfield! I've never had an issue with my order nor with my food lacking proper proportions. I live far from this location, but I'm willing to make the trip.

Protein portions are abysmal especially on promotional items. They do pack on sauces and rice though. When I say abysmal my "Trejos Taco" Al Pastor Taco had 3 small chunks of pork and 1 small bit of pineapple, the burrito was also a sea of guac, rice and beans. Never tasted any pineapple at all and there was like a bit of pork at the end/bottom of it.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I absolutely love Taco Thursday. Love the epic burrito guacamole with grilled chicken. However, I don't care for their birria pork. Del taco is a great place to bring your family for a quick dine in experience.
Vegetarian options: The menu has a large vegetarian selection all you have to do is just ask for the meat to be taken out completely and you can add beans to any order for protein.
