OMG....Do NOT go to this place. This is the worst Del Taco I have ever seen. The food was terrible. Old tortillas, very little cheese, Small portions. No Cashier only kiosk. Bathrooms locked up, but can't ask the cashier (there is none). Playground is closed. Most tables were dirty or had trash left on them. It took 15 minutes to get our small order, but the drive thru kept moving fine (our order was ignored). Very little sauce given and the employees act like it is a bother to help me. Who ever owns this place, doesn't know what they are doing.

Lori was really rude. Drinks tasted like the machine hadn’t been cleaned. We asked nicely for a different drink because it didn’t taste right and the second tasted just as bad. We came back in and told her “I don’t know if there’s something wrong with the machine but it doesn’t taste right at all” she then told us”I don’t know what to tell you. Use another soda machine in the dining room. Or you can dump it out.” Not sure if they have a problem with the machine right now, or it hasn’t been cleaned but honestly my only problem is she could have been nicer.

I was so looking forward to a Double Del Cheeseburger after not having a Del Taco near me for the past three years. Talk about disappointing! At 10:30 in the morning, the Double burger burger looked like they took 1 oz of meat, divided in half and flattened both halves to fit 3/4of the bun, cooked it till it was crunchy all the way through, then added two quarter sized slices of tomato, two 1/4” squares of onion, a teaspoon of shredded lettuce, and wrapped it up. And to top it off..it was cold!! (I went through the drive trough). I honestly think it was left over from the day before and nuked. Worst thing I’ve ever had, and was charged over $11 for it, including fries. I will not be going back.

Went inside to order at the Rosedale location in Bakersfield, Ca. I had 3 separate orders with coupons. After standing there for about 6 mins waiting to be helped the lazy 20.00 an hr employee behind the counter told me I had to use the self serve kiosk. I told him I had a couple coupons. He Said I could only use one. Again I had 3 orders. He still refused to help. So I took my business elsewhere. I will never go back to this location or probably any del taco for that matter. It seems now that they are making 20.00 am hr they have become lazier. #Wendy'sforthewin.

Not wheelchair accessible. A trash can blocks the entry to the registers. I tried to go around to the pick up side of the counter and found that tables are too close together. I stood as close to the registers as I could get and tried to get someone’s attention but they have self serve computers near the registers so no one was actually monitoring the front. I left after a 5 minute wait with no service.

My wife and I didn't understand what was going on during the evening of 06/30/2024 at around 10:00pm. We drove into the drive through to order our meal, and after a few moments were told to wait. So we waited... and waited.. until about four minutes had gone by. Then we drove up to the window (there was no one ahead of us in the drive through) to see what was going on. We saw a young female worker with a head set talking with someone on the other side of the counter. She looked over to us but didn't acknowledge us in any way. So we decided that Del Taco wouldn't be getting our business on that evening. There is some serious customer training that need to occur at this Rosedale Hwy location.

Go for the Crunchtadas! Just a fancy name for tostada's! Love em and they are only $1! I either order online and have them not put their salsa on but put extra cheese and Pico or add store bought fresh Pico and my extra cheese.
