The inside service sucks. They serve all the drive they while you wait 20 minutes or more for a basic burrito. Next time I will go to the drive thru then take my food inside. The NEw bacon Cali assault burrito is fire.

OMG....Do NOT go to this place. This is the worst Del Taco I have ever seen. The food was terrible. Old tortillas, very little cheese, Small portions. No Cashier only kiosk. Bathrooms locked up, but can't ask the cashier (there is none). Playground is closed. Most tables were dirty or had trash left on them. It took 15 minutes to get our small order, but the drive thru kept moving fine (our order was ignored). Very little sauce given and the employees act like it is a bother to help me. Who ever owns this place, doesn't know what they are doing.

You all suck. You get paid $20 an hour to do what ignore people at your "wonderful" non-working kiosks? This town is full of lame people and your crew must be the leader of that group.

Lori was really rude. Drinks tasted like the machine hadn’t been cleaned. We asked nicely for a different drink because it didn’t taste right and the second tasted just as bad. We came back in and told her “I don’t know if there’s something wrong with the machine but it doesn’t taste right at all” she then told us”I don’t know what to tell you. Use another soda machine in the dining room. Or you can dump it out.” Not sure if they have a problem with the machine right now, or it hasn’t been cleaned but honestly my only problem is she could have been nicer.

I was so looking forward to a Double Del Cheeseburger after not having a Del Taco near me for the past three years. Talk about disappointing! At 10:30 in the morning, the Double burger burger looked like they took 1 oz of meat, divided in half and flattened both halves to fit 3/4of the bun, cooked it till it was crunchy all the way through, then added two quarter sized slices of tomato, two 1/4” squares of onion, a teaspoon of shredded lettuce, and wrapped it up. And to top it off..it was cold!! (I went through the drive trough). I honestly think it was left over from the day before and nuked. Worst thing I’ve ever had, and was charged over $11 for it, including fries. I will not be going back.

Super bad costumer service by the shift manager Byron or Bryton somewhere like that they have a face super sour and bad costumer service first time ever in Bakersfield I have a bad experience everybody is tired but come on never come back and don’t come here! ??
