I highly recommend this location based on our dinner experience this evening. Generous portions, fresh and hot food. Avoid the Ming and Stine location. They're super skimpy on the food and definitely NOT worth the money. Go to the Gosford location. Way better!

Absolutely unacceptable! Whoever is the manager on Friday the 13th at 11:30 needs to be fired! We placed a mobile order, arrived and she stated the system was off and our order was no where to be found. A 24 hour store keep in mind, turned off your mobile order system and refused to turn it back on, then refused our refund and our food slammed the door and hid. We sat for a good 15 minutes and no one came to the window. Plus being extremely rude to me and my husband. This is the worst of the worst experience I've ever had to deal with. I'll be getting in touch with corporate and having it out with your store very soon. Hope you like being fired. I know Wendy's is hiring up the street.

Where do I begin. Placed order for 50 dollars worth of food on the app. Show up, they tell me they don't have my order at all, I check my all and it says "pending". This is not the first time this has happened, and it's usually easily fixable by simply resetting your online order receiving system (iPad, tablet, whatever). And this has been done for me multiple times at multiple locations, and I also have much experience in the industry so I know it's possible. Whoever is in charge of this store, who was stumbling over her words (language barrier? Drunk? Not sure..) refused to even attempt to reset their system, and then proceeded to argue with me about it, then started to be extremely rude and disrespectful and told me to "go f*** myself and then hid in the back office for the 20 minutes I sat there and waited for her. Refused to make my food even though I have proof of purchase. Refused refund even though I have proof of bank charge. Slammed window in my face, and then hid in the back. Aren't you the manager? If you hate customer service, get a new job, and best believe we'll be in in the morning. Also, corporate review has been left by both people in the car.

I have an infinity toward Del Taco. I ordered three 'green' burritos with extra onions. Very pleasant and fast - they gave me extra green sauce and an extra hot sauce packet above and beyond my request.
