used to work here. they have roaches and don’t follow food safety standards. they don’t train employees. they were about to get audited, mostly due to management and food safety. they used old tortillas and just said to throw it away if you notice mold ? they made me serve people fries from days old black grease even tho it felt morally wrong for me to do so. they didn’t care. money over quality for them i guess.

This is wild. This Del Taco charges several dollars more for the same meals and other menu items as well. The food I received was hardly lukewarm.

it seems people picking up for delivery are prioritized. but the service was a little basic. no have a good day or apologizing for not hearing the order correctly then preceding to charge for the drink that she missed.

I was here to meet someone and while my friend was finishing their cigarette 180 store and play said I'm sorry but you can't be hanging out here when they explained that they were waiting for our order to be made Ben her attitude kind of change but not too much. The inside is very nice of restrooms are clean the only thing that was that was a customer service.
Parking: Lots of parking very few people were in there around the 12:00 hour
Kid-friendliness: I feel this is a safe place that you can have your kids eat just do not let them roam around outside.

I ordered from the app. The restaurant didn't have the birria ramen. Fine. But the cashier didn't want to refund my money and told me to do it on the app. That's unreasonable since I was at the store. And it's a pain to contact support on the app go in circles only to be told to go to the local restaurant and have them do it. I had to demand to speak to a finally get my money refunded. You would think for inflated prices and more pay these workers would do better. But no.
