The guy in charge at the register threw a man child tantrum on Saturday. Management needs to look into this. Props to the female on the food line. She was doing her best even though she got stuck with the work.

Pretty disappointed went in for a philly cheese steak around 1230pm on a monday I paid for my meal waited and they came out and told me they had no onions or peppers also the girl didnt look like she had very good hygiene here work shirt was filthy and covered in stains and her hair was greasy needless to say ill never come back here again

EDIT TO ADD: According to the owners responce where they can’t take responsibility- my sandwiches were not made as placed (for example. ordered an avocado turkey sandwich no cheese got a turkey sandwich with cheese and no avocado??? How is that exactly as placed). They were not immediately remade at all (literally handed back unate food and never got food back), I waited over 45 minutes inside after bringing the incorrect order to their attention. At the 30 minute mark I asked the man at the register what was taking so long for a remake and “I have to serve the other orders first” then 15 minutes later after witnessessing the man storm away from the register when a different couple asked for a refund. My husband asked if our food had even been prepared, then for the man at the register to realize it had not been fixed and the girl on the line completely forgot about it. So my husband asked for a refund well over an hour from the original order, and the man at the register decided to storm off into the back and ignore our request. The girl running the food line gave us our refund AND WE NEVER GOT OUR FOOD DESPITE EVERYTHING, and went back to trying to run the place herself since obviously the man at the register couldn’t manage the facility without having a grown man tantrum. The fact that the “owners” response is literally a lie is hilarious. I can understand mobile orders coming in but the man at the register could’ve jumped in the food line and assisted the girl by herself. As someone who has worked fast food there was no excuse for the customer service received there.
Came in, there was only one other person in here. Waited 30 minutes for three sandwiches. All three were wrong. Had to come back in, the guy at the register acted like we were in the wrong. He didn’t appologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. The girl in the back making the sandwiches acted like she did nothing wrong and huffed away to fix the sandwiches they incorrectly made. The only positive was good music playing and it was clean inside. Service here has seriously gone down in the past few years.
The last time we came a few months back we had a negative experience as well but gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a bit busier.
Doubt we’ll return after this, and definitely won’t be recommending them at all anymore.

They were extremely understaffed for lunch time, but the guy at the front register was giving time frames that were incorrect and then kept walking way and ignoring guests who were asking for updates or refunds. Management needs to hire more people, and shift leads should be trained to handle these situations better.

Please, check your food this place is serving. My wife literally took a bite of this roast beef sandwich that had pure mold on it. Store had nothing to say, but what is funny is the person who made the sandwich had to look at the meat to put in on the sandwich and still served it. I hope this place rots just like this sandwich…

I stopped off to grab a couple of sandwiches ? to go. I ordered a turkey, avocado ? , cheese on Dutch ?, it was pretty good but lacked sufficient amount of avocado-too small amount, hardly taste it. Also ordered pastrami (hot) on Dutch bread, sadly it was just average. Pastrami was boring, flavorless meat. It was comparable to already packaged meat you get at supermarket. A lot of places in Bakersfield sell sandwiches. I sure hope management takes note ? and kicks it up a notch, or you guys will be missing out.
