A few times that my kids and I stop by, it never fells, the manager at this location always try's to make the rules clear that she's going to make the food her way, and when you try to get a simple item, she'd never gets it right, and if you make a comment, the attitude come out from the looks she makes at you. I'm a big fan of deli sandwiches! So whenever I get the chance to eat at a deli, I'm there! The two girls working were welcoming and genuinely friendly. The first thing I noticed was how clean the deli was, even the drink station. My husband loved the spicy chicken sandwhich, I had a taste, and it was too spicy for me, but im a wimp when it comes to spicy foods. I'm a simple person when it comes to my sandwiches, and I loved the turkey classic. I thought it tasted fresh and delicious! We fit the beer battered fries....BOMB and with ranch, yes, very delicious! I recommend them! Cant wait to come again!

My experience has been terrible -at the Panama location -I showed up with a coupon to purchase a sandwich-only to get told my coupon sent in the mail wasn't good to redeem at the store ---and I had to do it all on-line -clearly it says I can redeem coupon at the store -The person who was taking my order is called "Logan " and he is terrible at helping out the customers---I keep telling him to help me redeem the coupon or what way I can go about using the coupon -and continued pushing me to go online -and order ---The part that bothered me the most was when he stopped talking to me to tell the person making the sandwich to hold up on the meal and don't make it yet -because he figured I won't be buying anything ?He should be fired -the store doesn't need this type of help -I drove 7 miles to get a sandwich and ended up with a headache from listening to "Logan " push me off with no attitude to help me get what I needed .

The sandwiches and fries are always delicious. Keep in mind that if you ask for the works you need to eat it soon if not the bread will get soggy. But that’s to be expected with the spreads. The cashier working on Sunday named Yuri is especially nice and efficient. She does such a great job prepping and taking orders, especially considering she is sometimes alone. The owner should be grateful for such an efficient worker.

So this place is a mixed bag as far as sandwich shops go. The bread and ingredients are great. They give a generous amount and they are fresh. However, I'm not impressed with their soup choices as two of the three had chicken in them which doesn't give a lot of variety. Plus, the worker turned the drink machine off early without telling us and he seemed irritated when we wanted refills but considering their drinks are $2.95 each I want one to go. And then there is the price. For three 8 inch sandwiches, one 4 inch grilled cheese, one sweet potato fries and one regular plus five drinks, it was almost $70. Also my daughter and I got the same sandwich but she said mine tasted way better (she finished mine) which means they aren't being consistent in their work.I wish I could be more positive about the experience, but it had a lot of drawbacks.

Crusty Dutch bread is amazing. Very good sub sandwiches, with the option of fresh French fries ? on the side rather than the typical bag of chips.

Good was great, French dip, roast beef and beef fries. All was great, especially the gentleman helping us, as it was our first time. Great ranch and tomatoe soup.

Wet sandwich! I ordered a medium salami sandwich with extra peppers cut in half, one for now and one for later. Unfortunately, the sandwich was very soggy and the sour dough bread was tough to bite into. In the future, this wouldn't be my first choice for a deli sandwich.

Couldn't even enjoy my sandwich that place smells like sewer. They really got to fix that problem. That smell even penetrated onto my clothing.

This place is amazing, customer service from Sarah is awesome. She always goes above and beyond. I’m not sure what these other people are talking about. I think they were having a bad day and took it out on Sarah. Just because you’re not having a good day you shouldn’t go messing up someone else’s over a couple bag of chips.
