I went on the 29th of January to celebrate my mother’s birthday. There was only ONE server it took a while to get seated and our food. Overall our experience was good, I really do appreciate our server for doing the best he can all on his own he was amazing and did absolutely great. His name is Ronald I believe ? He definitely deserves a raise 🙂 thank you Ronald

This place was bad we waited over an hour for our food and the meat was not cooked all the way and they forgot to bring out food for a child the waitress didn’t even place the order this place was not good not in the least, Top it all off the place was not clean food on the floor and the bathroom were so gross, I do not recommend this Dennys on Buck Owen’s to any one,

3 simple words: bad service from the managers, the problems from your home are not brought to work, yesterday I ate and I saw how the manager was upset, no tolerance, bad, I think he needs a vacation, we spoke with a lot of respect and his treatment was so bad that I didn't even get hungry, I left the food and we left there, we turned off and we went with the truth, very bad service
When I arrived it wasn’t busy and I was seated with my family very quickly. Our drinks were given very quickly while our nachos appetizer took twenty minutes and had zero toppings and extremely soggy when I asked the manger who was working kitchen that had a long ponytail without a hairnet and no gloves to have it fixed he called me sir which I was completely appalled since I’m a real woman. Once we finally received our chicken meals that took forty minutes it was completely burnt and lacked flavor along with the mashed potatoes and fries in regards to refills it was non existent which resulted in me having to go to the front to ask every time. When I went to use the restroom I noticed the handicapped bathroom didn’t have a lock which is a violation of the ADA. Once it was time to cash out the cashier didn’t know how to use the POS and kept having to ask the manger for help which resulted in a twenty minute wait for only 3 guest.

Greeter didn't come out of kitchen for a few minutes, then just motioned to a booth. We could have just seated ourselves. Bill was $36, tipped $4 didn't want to leave cash at the table, this time waited at register, finally just left cash by the register and walked out, disgusted

Went in just last night. As soon as we walked in there was a very foul odor. It smells like dirty mop. We ended up leaving the smell was not tolerable. I had just visited a few weeks ago and the odor was already present but it wasn't as bad as last night. They really need to clean up.
