The Atmosphere was not welcoming at all. I arrived with my parents (one in a wheelchair) we were looked at, but not acknowledged. We were ignored. Finally after what appeared to be a debate over who would seat us. We were seated. Our waitress was nice. After a 45 minute wait, Finally got our food, which looked great, but can't say the same for the the taste. Got a to go plate not to take anything to go. Wonder what's popping at IHOP

It was 10:30 p.m. on a Friday night. I went to get some apple crisp and a coffee. There was limited seating and tables were dirty, so she wanted to seat me all the way in the back but they were having karaoke in the bar that was really loud. The door was open to the bar. I asked if I could sit on the other side and she said it was for employees only. She could have accommodated but she chose not to. The night shift manager was unfriendly.
UPDATE: I am updating my review to 3 stars. Sarah's smile (the server) makes this the best Denny's in town. The burgers are really good and the service during the day is good.
However, the AC doesn't work so it's swampy and warm.

Grace came by to get my order and I never saw her again. Only ever saw her sitting down and had to wait almost 20 minutes before anyone else came to get my order as I never got my food from Grace!!!! Cassandra was great! Whoever did the decorations needs to reevaluate their interior design skills, as all I got was a racist vibe from the whole place. Food was great, compliments to the cook. I have never had a manager ignore me like that, Grace needs to be properly trained. When Grace came to get my order, I asked about the gluten-free options on the menu as I suffer from celiac’s , and she had no idea how to answer me and it was obvious she did not know the menu.

When Martha is working I get rude service and nickle and dimed for everything. It is a shame because the staff around her and the cooks are doing great work. If you come on the nights Justin is working you get impeccable service, friendly greetings, great customer care, staff is not in fear, he explains the best order options, he always does his best to help, makes certain you leave happy, and calls you friend if he has seen you more than once. Martha doesnt give a shit if you ever come back or had a great experience. Denny's should train managers to be like Justin to keep Dennys open and customers coming back.

Meh. Average for Denny's I guess, poor for a good diner... Bad coffee, under cooked food, won't go back to this one if I can help it. Ambient noise of kids watching videos and guys talking loudly on their cell phone . They sell beer which is a plus, but not plus enough .

Our server was Cassie and she did an amazing job taking care of me in my party of three. She was polite, prompt, attentive, and incredibly sweet. The food looked great, so kudos to the cooks as well! My only complaint is that the food was a bit greasy for my liking, but that's only my personal preference. The onion rings were awesome and everything looked clean & the vibe was great.
P.S. to Cassie: You'll be absolutely thrilled to know that my stylus was found between the seat and the console in my friend's car. Thank you for triple-checking the area where I was seated, as well as any other spots where you searched. You totally understood how much the stylus meant to me and you didn't make me feel foolish for calling twice about it (once to notify you that I'd lost my stylus, and the second time to leave my number just in case someone found it). Again, thank you for all of your help!
