Yesterday 2/10/25 went to denny's with the whole family to have breakfast and some relaxing time. The service was the most horrible experience i've ever had at a restaurant. The manager was fighting with the workers yelling back and forth. The waiters were frustrated because the staff from the kitchen weren't doing their job. The food was all cold and took two hours to serve us. And to top it off. When the meal was out served, the waiters were touching all the food with their bare hands without even washing them. By far the worst restaurant in bakersfield. I will never eat there again.

Very bad experience, the service is racist, they think that you are going to eat with your fingers, they don't bring you cutlery, the waitresses don't have a name badge, the food takes too long and they treat you in a racist way and humiliate you. I don't recommend this place to anyone, the food is served cold.

Hia, Vee here, I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my wife and I had at Denny’s. The service we received was nothing short of appalling. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of our waitress, but she had blonde hair and wore large false eyelashes. From the moment she approached our table, her attitude was unprofessional and rude—this was not a one-time occurrence, but a repeated behavior throughout our visit.
She spent the majority of her time sitting in the back, on her phone, only occasionally glancing over at our table. This lack of attention was frustrating, to say the least. In addition, the restaurant itself was not well-maintained; the tables and floors were dirty. It was also disturbing to hear her engage in loud, inappropriate conversations in the back, including using profane language. This sort of behavior is completely unacceptable in a professional setting.
I must say, I have never had such a negative experience at Denny’s, and based on what I’ve read in other reviews, it seems we are not alone in having encountered this type of service. Sadly, we will not be returning, and I hope this feedback prompts the management to address these issues promptly.

Skibidi Toilet

The food is usually okay. But tonight, I got boneless wings and ate all but 3 of them until I cut into one and realized they were raw inside. The waitress was great. But I am probably going to get sick.

Very bad service. We ordered food and they made us to wait around one hour and after wait for long time they served cold stuff. The lady there showed the attitude . Never go there again.

I recently visited Denny's and had the Chocolate Banana Pancake Breakfast, and it was absolutely delicious! The pancakes were light and fluffy, and the combination of warm, gooey chocolate chips and fresh banana slices was perfect. The dish was indulgent without being overly sweet, and the pancakes were served with a generous portion of whipped cream and syrup on the side, making every bite a treat.
The service was also fantastic. Our server, she was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The food came out quickly, and the restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, making it a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal.
Overall, Denny’s is a reliable spot for a satisfying meal, and I highly recommend the Chocolate Banana Pancake Breakfast for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Where to begin… I took a chance by going here and luck was not in my favor. Took server 3 requests for silverware, seeing how I wanted coffee and I had to ask for creamer 2 times and said silverware to MIX creamer but it may have been a complicated formula for what I was asking for. The water is different out here and this waitress let that show.
Then I only received half of my order and had to wait for cold pancakes, again I guess a hard request for a DINER. All staff by the way looked like they just rolled out of bed and having good hygiene is clearly a hard pass for all of them. there were 2 servers for 3 tables so this would have been easy money for this person but maybe they took “stranger danger” very serious in school and were afraid of the customers sitting at a table in her section. My stomach was acting up before I could pay for the check so if I am being positive I get to reach my 10k step goal.
If losing 1-3 pounds on the toilet because you wanted moons over my hammy served by the villains from The Hills Have Eyes is your thing then this is your spot.

Ordered a turkey feast sandwich. When the server brought it she said they ran out of cranberry sauce but the cooks made it work. What she meant by making it work was just not adding it on there. Could’ve been told that before it was brought out to me. Then again it was a busy night for two servers to have one table each.

We ordered the Turkey dinner through door dash. We could not change the order on the app. When we tried to get a hold of the restaurant, there was an answering machine where I couldn't leave a message. They delivered the wrong meal . Very disappointing

I don't like being rushed out by a waitress complaining that she wants to go home. My friend and I have been working 6 days a week 10 hrs a day. We came to relax and enjoy the food not to be rushed out.
