“They didn’t get my order right. They didn’t give any good service, like they didn’t even listen to what I was ordering. The tanghulu Was OK even though they gave me the strawberry/grape cause they didn’t have the strawberry 🍓 only. they didn’t even get my drink right. They got me the strawberry coconut frap cracking choco cup instead of the cookies and cream cracking choco cup And I wish you could give zero star. “

I was using the machine to pay and the machine took my money and I had told the lady about it and she said it does that often so fix your machine then if it does that often And then she was like oh we have to pay again to get your food ans then she said if it doesnt come back to ur account ill c if i can do something she said it takes 2-3 days

Not sure why everybody is up in arms about the service in a mall food court, but it seems fine to me. They answered my questions nicely, took my order, told me I could click X for the tip (without me prompting), gave me my food. And this while they were really busy on a Sunday afternoon.

We got a Royal milk tea, dragon pineapple refresher, original Korean corn dog, and a strawberry and a grape tang hulu. Everything was great, and this coming from someone who is routinely looking for good Asian food in LA, SF, and Vegas. I would say the milk tea was a tad sweet and the boba was a little hard, but definitely still great. The fruit on the tang hulu was amazingly sweet, the strawberry was not tart at all, one of the sweetest strawberries I've ever had. Prices were reasonable at $6 per stick of tang hulu or 2 for $11. It was double that at the night market at Santa Anita. Pretty happy with this place, would come back.

Don’t get me wrong. The Korean corn dog was great.. But the service Was completely terrible. This was my cousin’s first time and he had no idea what he was selling Had an attitude Made her order wrong made her feel like crap for not knowing And when I asked for his name, proceeded to tell me, his name was Cynthia Multiple people that would be more than blessed to have a job and it’s sad he can’t even Serve customers with respect.

This staff is unremarkable.I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best, just flat, without any care for customer service.Probably don't get paid enough to care anyway. My daughter loves tangulu, so we went all the way to the mall and were told that they hadn't made it for the day... at 1pm. Even though they open at 9 or 10am.

It feels like the employees are moving super slow and intentionally not getting things done or fixed because they hate their job. There's no enthusiasm to represent the business well or prepare the food well or in a timely manner. Which is a shame, because this place could be very successful.

They were great the first day of opening but completely went downhill ever since. The staff are all very rude now. They just stare at you and do not take your order even after you greet them. Maybe they are taking order through kiosk only now so that’s why? They don’t serve Taiyaki anymore and when I asked one of the staff if they knew why or if they’d ever sell it again she said “we never did” even tho I literally got it lol. I had to ask the supervisor who was doing something off to the side about it. Here’s a pic from September last year when they clearly sold it. It was great. So sad they let this place go so quickly.

Man I loved this place until I ordered a boba drink on the kiosk and added strawberry boba.. why are they always out :/. So I switch it to something else expecting there to be boba right? Wrong? I guess? The kiosk has a button for no boba and I know I didn’t check that box. So I kindly ask to have it remade cuz obvi I came to a boba place.. for boba thanks. She tells me no, she can’t remake my drink. And as I’m explaining the fact that I paid extra and I would like some boba, she rolls her eyes in mid sentence to speak to someone else about it. Wow thanks a lot. Maybe if the drink was made correctly I wouldn’t have been such an inconvenience.
