Don’t get me wrong. The Korean corn dog was great.. But the service Was completely terrible. This was my cousin’s first time and he had no idea what he was selling Had an attitude Made her order wrong made her feel like crap for not knowing And when I asked for his name, proceeded to tell me, his name was Cynthia Multiple people that would be more than blessed to have a job and it’s sad he can’t even Serve customers with respect.

This staff is unremarkable.I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best, just flat, without any care for customer service.Probably don't get paid enough to care anyway. My daughter loves tangulu, so we went all the way to the mall and were told that they hadn't made it for the day... at 1pm. Even though they open at 9 or 10am.

It feels like the employees are moving super slow and intentionally not getting things done or fixed because they hate their job. There's no enthusiasm to represent the business well or prepare the food well or in a timely manner. Which is a shame, because this place could be very successful.

They were great the first day of opening but completely went downhill ever since. The staff are all very rude now. They just stare at you and do not take your order even after you greet them. Maybe they are taking order through kiosk only now so that’s why? They don’t serve Taiyaki anymore and when I asked one of the staff if they knew why or if they’d ever sell it again she said “we never did” even tho I literally got it lol. I had to ask the supervisor who was doing something off to the side about it. Here’s a pic from September last year when they clearly sold it. It was great. So sad they let this place go so quickly.

Man I loved this place until I ordered a boba drink on the kiosk and added strawberry boba.. why are they always out :/. So I switch it to something else expecting there to be boba right? Wrong? I guess? The kiosk has a button for no boba and I know I didn’t check that box. So I kindly ask to have it remade cuz obvi I came to a boba place.. for boba thanks. She tells me no, she can’t remake my drink. And as I’m explaining the fact that I paid extra and I would like some boba, she rolls her eyes in mid sentence to speak to someone else about it. Wow thanks a lot. Maybe if the drink was made correctly I wouldn’t have been such an inconvenience.

The best Boba in Bakersfield for sure. Not only that the staff is very welcoming and they’re super fast as soon as you order you basically have your stuff right there ready for you. Their corn dogs are to die for honestly they have so many different types. I probably only had like two. Highly recommend you check this place out 10 out of 10.

An exquisite experience for my palate

Horrible costumer service. I wouldn't advice going here. All 3 people work their completely ignore you if you are wanting to place an order. They just stare at you while they walk by like you are invisible. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.

The Lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. Great refreshers and Vietnamese coffee was really good

their stand at the mall is very clean & moderntheir boba was a little above average. my only gripe is that mochidonut it was tough to chew
