I really love the drinks here. All of the girls here are so nice and sweet. But that manager really had ruined my experience. Yelling at the girls in front of customers, I have never seen him out in the front making any drinks. But as a manager you need to do better, I’m quite disappointed that they don’t treat their employees with respect.

The drinks were great but the service was no good. They have one girl at the front, she has dyed hair always wears a hat, just doing all the work while there's a line of people so im just standing there waiting. Some guy with curly hair apparently he's the manager just comes out and starts yelling at the girl and telling her what do standing in the way. He doesn't even help he tool one order and then messed around with a torch and just left again. If he's actually the manager, you guys have to do better he's not even doing anything he's useless

Tried the new elote dog today, along with the mango and strawberry matcha! The spicy and potato dog are my favorites, but this is pretty good! The matcha here is definitely in my TOP 3 list, even as someone from LA.

The boba drinks are soo good!! Must try

We visited this place during the Cyber Monday sale in Valley Plaza.

We ordered the Dubai Matcha Latte and Dubai Pistacio Frappe. Both of the drinks were delish!

The matcha flavor in the latte is very good, while the frappe has a great mix of pistachio nuts and whip cream! Not too sweet and not too bland. The flavors are great!

Will definitely take my dessert here next time. Easily found at food court of Valley Plaza.

Easily one of the best drink places I’ve ever been too. I got there and they were giving out free samples of food and were extremely nice. Cheers!

The tanghulu Was OK even though they gave me the strawberry/grape cause they didn’t have the strawberry 🍓 only. they didn’t even get my drink right. They got me the strawberry coconut frap cracking choco cup instead of the cookies and cream cracking choco cup And I wish you could give zero star. “

I was using the machine to pay and the machine took my money and I had told the lady about it and she said it does that often so fix your machine then if it does that often And then she was like oh we have to pay again to get your food ans then she said if it doesnt come back to ur account ill c if i can do something she said it takes 2-3 days

the mango specialty smoothie was so freaking good

Dessert and drink taste ok , but customer service needs improvement.

Food was ok was never offered a sauce to go with the hotdogs and when I asked about it the male cashier didn’t even offer to help and they messed up my drink order

Not sure why everybody is up in arms about the service in a mall food court, but it seems fine to me. They answered my questions nicely, took my order, told me I could click X for the tip (without me prompting), gave me my food. And this while they were really busy on a Sunday afternoon.

We got a Royal milk tea, dragon pineapple refresher, original Korean corn dog, and a strawberry and a grape tang hulu. Everything was great, and this coming from someone who is routinely looking for good Asian food in LA, SF, and Vegas. I would say the milk tea was a tad sweet and the boba was a little hard, but definitely still great. The fruit on the tang hulu was amazingly sweet, the strawberry was not tart at all, one of the sweetest strawberries I've ever had. Prices were reasonable at $6 per stick of tang hulu or 2 for $11. It was double that at the night market at Santa Anita. Pretty happy with this place, would come back.
