Stopped by for dessert with my family. My son and I purchased three bouncy balls from the toy machine, and were then accused of stealing another childs bouncy ball that was dropped. The father of the other child insisted that we did not take the ball, but the employee Joey still found it necessary to come to our table and acuse us. Decent ice cream, not worth the micro aggression.

The banana split is humongous!!! My kids call me big back dad because I eat alot! I eat so much I became diabetic (lol true story). Today I decided to split a banana split with my wife and the banana split knocked me out like AJ did Jake Paul.

Our server Mikey was very knowledgeable about the menu and accurate with his orders. His timing for checking on us for refills and comfort was just right. The pic highlights the deliciousness of that various items we ordered. They were devoured so quickly this is the best we can give you. lol.

The chocolate almond taffy chews and peanut butter taffy chews are so good! We have been stopping in or ordering from Dewar's for years and it is always fresh.

I don’t usually leave reviews and I usually love Dewars, but was extremely disappointed tonight. We came in, and it was busy, so we were offered a seat on the patio, which we are okay with. However it was loud. Like really loud. There was a large group of teenagers seated next to us, so loud we couldn’t talk to each other. Wouldn’t normally be that big of a deal, I work with teenagers. Except my son has epilepsy, and the noise was causing him to show activity which typically warns us of a seizure. So I tell the Manager, asking to be moved. She states she will put us back on the waitlist, but at the bottom, so now multiple people are in front. I’m not trying to sound like a Karen, but if we just got seated, and the seats are unacceptable for a medical condition, I’m not sure why we couldn’t just be moved to one of the 2 seats that had opened inside/ back to the top of the list. But she does state we can stay at our seat, and move my son inside to the bar until we hit the top of the list again. She was unwilling to ask the group to lower their voices, or really deal with any confrontation at all. If it wasn’t for other staff pointing her out as the manager, I had assumed she was a young timid new hire. She was even on her phone for a while behind the register, rather than taking care of things (as I stated, it was busy). Again, her behavior wasn’t the type you would see from someone in a leadership position. Unfortunately this was a reward for our kids, or we would have just left without ordering. But I’m not sure we will come back. I don’t expect everyone to accommodate everyone’s special needs, or be prepared for such things, but the care after being notified of such a thing was extremely poor.
