They are quick to make their pizzas, the food is good quality, and we appreciate the coupons available in their app. The app is great for putting in an order and it allows us to track the progress of our order too.

I placed a order online and I went to go pick it up. I got home and They had my order completely wrong. I tried calling them multiple times. The phone will ring one and then just hang up on me. I Couldn't get ahold of them to call them and see if they could redo my order.So I had to drive back to the Store and Wait for my order again. I would've appreciate if they would answer the phone So I could express my concerns and just pick up the new order. I had to wait in front of the store for a order that was placed online. "This is a reason why people make their order online. So they could just go and pick it up" and not wait for 30 min.

The pizza was good but I was shocked to see a sticker on the freezer window saying 299 for a 2 L when I went to pay they said all the prices gone up to seven dollars for each 2 L bottle I was stunned. I told him I would not pay that, then when I got my pizza, I asked for napkins and peppers. She told me they no longer carry peppers and they’re out of napkins and I said why can I get peppers and she said they don’t also carry cheese either she said because they raise the employees paid $20. Domino’s cannot afford to give us free stuff anymore ???

I ordered the Large New York style pizza for pick up, (fyi... have them open the pizza box so you look at the pizza. I didn't. That was my fault). Very disappointed when I got home. The pizza looked shrunken and oily with very little toppings! Domino's fell off! This is the highest rated Domino's near me and it was not good. The pizza had no flavor! Needless to say, we won't order from Domino's in the near future.

We make a order over the phone call Center and provide our address after two hours we not receiving any pizza call Customer Care 11 time they transfer local store no one pick up phone and they already charge me. I need a refund as soon as possible. Order no 424 date 2/4/24
Vegetarian options: Not receive any pizza. Waste of time two hour better refund as soon as possible.

Ordered for delivery said it would be 45 minutes was tracking online and after an hour I thought something was wrong because I was tracking the order it said preping.called to check on my order they pickup the phone and set it down waited for 15 minutes then my husband was calling ? on his phone finally got someone to answer and was told our order was getting boxed up they were 1 hour and a half behind and should be delivered in 15 to 20 minutes asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager will be in later or call tomorrow. After 45 more minutes called again once again they picked up the phone n set it down my husband called got hung up on.Called back again explained to the person and asked to talk to a managerWas told that the manager was on the prep line and was refused to talk to them.Got a message that our order was on the way 25 minutes later FINALLY AFTER 2 HOURS and 10 minutes we got our order.,of course it was cold.The store is only 2 miles away.this is the first and last time ordering from this location,I will be contacting the store on Rosedale tomorrow and will be contacting corporate.

I guess they don’t know how to check there bills not even the manager knows how! The general manager is Juan I was told I suggest you teach your people how to check there bills and retrain your “manager”or you gunna loose more money! And business!!! Step it up it’s not hard!
