We make a order over the phone call Center and provide our address after two hours we not receiving any pizza call Customer Care 11 time they transfer local store no one pick up phone and they already charge me. I need a refund as soon as possible. Order no 424 date 2/4/24Vegetarian options: Not receive any pizza. Waste of time two hour better refund as soon as possible.

Ordered for delivery said it would be 45 minutes was tracking online and after an hour I thought something was wrong because I was tracking the order it said preping.called to check on my order they pickup the phone and set it down waited for 15 minutes then my husband was calling ? on his phone finally got someone to answer and was told our order was getting boxed up they were 1 hour and a half behind and should be delivered in 15 to 20 minutes asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager will be in later or call tomorrow. After 45 more minutes called again once again they picked up the phone n set it down my husband called got hung up on.Called back again explained to the person and asked to talk to a managerWas told that the manager was on the prep line and was refused to talk to them.Got a message that our order was on the way 25 minutes later FINALLY AFTER 2 HOURS and 10 minutes we got our order.,of course it was cold.The store is only 2 miles away.this is the first and last time ordering from this location,I will be contacting the store on Rosedale tomorrow and will be contacting corporate.

Ordered over 40$ worth of food and manager refused to take my 100$ because sign on the door says no bills over 20$ girl manager said because they got a fake bill before…. I guess they don’t know how to check there bills not even the manager knows how! The general manager is Juan I was told I suggest you teach your people how to check there bills and retrain your “manager”or you gunna loose more money! And business!!! Step it up it’s not hard!

So I came on a Friday and order a pizza and let me tell you guys that when I walked into this place it was squeaky clean. I haven't walk into a pizza place like this one before oh wow than I was greeted with a smile welcomed as well! Even when they were busy!!! Great customer service here and the pizzaaaahhhhh! My goodness it was so bomb i order someBread sticks too! Even my kids LOVED it and they're so picky and hardy eat pizza they made me order pizza again the next following day! I don't know what you guys do but thank you guys so much for sure I'm going to recommend my family and friends here to order at this dominos pizza place. (: happy customer

We had a Wonderful experience at Dominoes 8237. Mr. Juan was the Service person and our Girl Scout Troop was allowed to make our own pizzas. We got the behind the scenes tour and the place was spotless. They had thermometers for there toppings, many hand washing stations and the place was white glove clean. Thank You dominos for the WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! The Troops will not forget it!!!
Our Girl Scout troop learned to make pizzas at this Dominos. Juan was a great tour guide and did a wonderful job teaching the girls. The pizza was great too!

Fast service online. Place is small but clean. Online ordering has a status if its ready which is good. The only thing I can comment to is the stuffed cheesy jalapeño bread that is oily and extremely salty! The saltiness if probably due to the jalapeños. Next time i will be choosing less of it.

Ordered 2 large pizza's. Both were wrong and tasted horrible. Also got a 2 liter of sprite that was flat as hell. Not the first time this has happened. Won't be ordering from this location again. Other locations are way better.
