Ordered two sandwiches and stuffed bread sticks. After 45 min. The delivery driver shows up on our cameras and drives off. The app says our food was delivered. After sitting on hold for 5 min we were told the driver brought the wrong order. Then told us our sandwiches are still there and the are waiting for drivers to get back. When asked for a discount on the non fresh sandwiches she told us she can maybe throw in bread bites. Mind you we already got sandwiches and bread. Who wants that much bread? Canceled order and lost customer.

This Dominos Location has gone down hill big time and I can tell they must have changed management or something! Also if you pay cash you can't do a order larger than $40 which is absolutely ridiculous, most people can't feed their families on that! There is a Cataldos, Pizza Hut a few blocks away so we have switched to those places because we don't have that issue with either of them!!!!! Just a hassle don't waste your time...Dominos pizza isn't fantastic to begin with

Basacott was great very friendly and helpful. However, the manager there definitely could use some refresh courses in customer service. I had to call the store 4X the first time I called she immediately put me on hold and forgot I was there i was on hold for over 15 minutes, second time she answered and I asked her a question regarding my order and she told me to hold on and she put the phone down and walked away and helped a customer that walked in the store once again forgetting I was on the phone for almost 10 mins, I called back again she answered and said absolutely nothing for another 5 mins or so I even yelled into the phone and she said absolutely nothing like she muted me or something, finally the last time I called she actually answered and I was able to get an answer regarding my question. Word of advice, it doesn't matter how busy you are always check back in with a client on hold every few mins at least then they don't think you forgot about them!! Bad customer service for sure...

We ordered thin crust square cut pizza tonight & a whole strip of pizza was missing. They remade it & sent an XL out to replace the 1st. 2 pieces were missing from it. On opposite sides.
