Domino's Pizza

I was advised from the store employee to order online for the “deals”. I ordered and paid for 13 pizzas. 6 of the pizzas had chicken in them. Shortly after I received a call from the store in which they stated that they did not have any chicken. So I would have to change six of my pizzas. I was upset because the reason that I went to the dominoes instead of going to the little Caesars was for the chicken pizza. I was having my daughter’s birthday party and was already running late. I asked if I would be able to be given a coupon due to the inconvenienced at the store didn’t have chicken and the Manager said no. Why would I want to continue with my order if I’m not going to get what I want? I paid for it. The manager didn’t even try to Offer any type of compensation. I will never go to that Domino’s again because of that manager. The employees were great, but not the manager!

When I ordered before they had extremely greasy food like it was still dripping in whatever oil it was fried in. Overstuffed fryers oil got cold probably and stuck to food.

Don’t order food that has to be fried here.

I went ahead and ordered because I was seeing the commercials on my Google tv, free TV no cable, about $9.99 pizzas unlimited toppings. Well I asked for a pepperoni olives extra cheese. There were scant olives and scant sausage and they did kind of okay with the extra cheese. But the only thing that I was pleased with I did pay $10 with tax but I was not pleased with the fact that they skimped on everything including the marinara. There is hardly any marinara spread towards the perimeter of the pizza. I relay this to them and their survey that they sent me right after I ordered. Apparently the survey was for a gift card that I know I'm never going to get

They wouldn’t take a $50 bill even when all they have to do is return like $20, what a joke. Why not have that stated on your website so a person doesn’t waste their time. Fake bills is just an excuse, it’s not hard to tell, training your staff or have a machine for that, is just pathetic.

Don't come after 10:30, it says it's open but the establishment is closed early

I'm 50/50 with this location. I've had times where my pizza seemed like it was left out for a while even though I picked it up minutes when it's ready. Other times, the food is fresh out the oven. The staff doesn't seem too friendly at times and deters me from order here.

I buy pizza here every other Saturday for my special adult son. The staff is not only fast but always treats us with kindness. Although I can't recall the manager's name, I promised to share her positive impact, as she was incredibly helpful to both me and my son. This establishment has truly transformed; they once struggled with speed, but now they've embraced improvement. 😊 Great job, everyone! - Leilani

Gave my order to someone else and then didn't let me order again

Order pizza and wait for 45 min and then don't answer after words don't get it if they tell you that hungery howies will serve you better

The only thing about the big New Yorker , that's like a N. Y. Pizza is the size. I will not spend money there again. It's a looser.

Alexis Diaz is rude and busy flirting with the employees instead of helping the customers. She asked me my name started bumping and tickling with a boy walked away from the orders and back to a counter away from the orders then ignored me until I repeated my name loudly. Always the slowest and worst service. Deliveries are always wrong which is why I tried going inside. Save your time and go somewhere else

Food was 40 minutes late and cold. Delivery instructions read to leave at door but driver instead knocked like a cop and woke my children up
