Cool spot

Worst service I have ever had anywhere. My friend and I arrive at 6:05 and placed our orders. We then sat there for 45 minutes while the waitress actively ignored us. She walked past us repeatedly and never acknowledged us even as she stopped at other tables to check on them. My friend had to go stand by the drink machine to ask for refills. Our food sat in the window for 15 minutes while we watched the waitress take orders out to people who arrived after us. My friend had to go to the bar and ask for our food. My order was made wrong, and when I asked for it to be remade, I was told that it would take a while. After another 15 minutes of waiting, my friend went to the bar again to get my order, and they hadn’t even started to remake it. It was a garden salad with chicken and no onions. Nothing difficult. When we were ready to leave, my friend had to find the waitress to ask for the check, and she was told to go pay at the bar only for the waitress to bring the check to the table next to us. When I went to the bar, the bartender was berating my friend and cursing at her for saying something about the terrible service. It was absolutely appalling. I have never been so disrespected, and I will never go back there again.

The "Best" downtown experience, complete with sports and karaoke! The staff is absolutely the best, working double time to keep all customers happy and well-fed. My crew and I have been faithfully hanging out here every since we've found this hidden gem about eight months ago. We've never been disappointed with the service nor the food, as the bartenders and servers keep things rolling continuously. Love the place and the staff!!
We shall return! Keep up the great work!

A Place with Tons Of Potential? And yes, there is a "BUT". We Had Again Hiccup after Hiccup. This was my 3rd visit as I Had My Fantasy Football Draft to Change The Venue From Buffalo Wild Wings! On my first visit, I made arrangements with the staff to Book A Nice Room They have with management, Although The Event Is Over. I Was NEVER CALLED To Go Over Details. Of The Event. I tried twice To get Ahold of Her.BIG Hiccup #1 , service on all 3 Visits was Lacking and On 3 Visits Had To Chase Down the Server on several occasions,for service and Refills,Hiccup #2, orders on 2 Occasions were NOT what we Ordered! Hiccup#3 still Ate what was Brought.the Climate Control was Uncomfortable.belive me I Get PG&E is Brutal for us all Especially a Bussiness!Hiccup#4,The Food was Hot and good and Price Was More than Fair For Happy Hour,that Was Definitely a deal. Beer was Always Cold and Satisfying and As Always Cleanliness is appreciated. 5 stars in That Area! For the Record The Relief Waitress on the Closing Shift Was The Best Server of the 4 total we Had. She was on her Toes, Thank you to Her!.....My Group Made the Best of the Evening all the Same.Good luck with regards. Coach P. Your average person who likes to Dine.

Tatiana was our server. She was very efficient, friendly & playful in a super busy situation before a concert. She made our visit to Bakersfield memorable.

The only negative about the establishment is the restrooms. One toilet leaks over the entire floor creating a slip & fall hazard. The handicap stall does not lock. The locals in the restroom were commenting about it & seemed used to it, which means it has probably been happening for awhile.
No matter how great the food & atmosphere are, if the facilities are below par, it can ruin the whole experience.

I’m so mad. I came here on a Thursday evening wanting great wings and vibes. The wings were fried soooooooooo hard. Way too crispy to there the skin cut my mouth when I took a bite and pulled my lip ring out. I had them remake them, the wings were fried extra crispy just the same. Smh the garlic fries were also over fried. Let your oil cool off and stop over frying your foods please & thank you.
