The service is awful. They have gloves on touching money and then your food. Also you ask for any promo they dont tell they dont have but still charge you and give what's supposed to be inside the promo but no the actual collectable you actually want. I won't be back ever the food is no good and the drinks are watered down.

Absolute worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had bagel was hard as a rock hash browns were soggy and tasted disgusting. Not usually one to write a review but seriously SAVE YOUR MONEY! How do you guys not care the condition in witch your serving your customers!?

Welp donuts are good BUT, I ordered online and went through drive thru for pickup and there was only 1 car in front of me. Took 15 minutes to get my order.

I ordered a simple pumpkin loaf and a latte that costed me $10. That shouldn't be no hassle right? Not for the lady in the drive thru window. I gave her a $50 bill, and I know it says that bills should be no higher than $20, but when I tried to give her my card instead, she deliberately ignored me. Someone needs to teach her a thing or two about mannerisms.

I ordered online, whenever I came to the drive thru to pick up my order the gentleman inside said they were out of the donuts I wanted, I asked for another kind he said they were out of that one as well so I picked another kind and yet again out of that one as well , for this being my first time at dunkin I'm extremely disappointed I don't think I will be returning I can go to a local donut shop and get what I want , For Dunkin to be what America runs on this is a sad joke
