Asked for a certain drink , she’s rudely said “we don’t have that.” I said ok I’ll get a “———“ n she said ok anything else and I took awhile to respond because I was asking my husband in the back seat what he wanted n she just said”totals on the screen “ and I said I wasn’t done ordering and she was ignoring me on the intercom so I just pulled up because cars were behind me. She continued having an ugly attitude but I just ignored her at that point. Moral of story, hire more enthusiastic workers rather than those snobby morning shift little girls.

Dunkin is great, but this one is soooo slow. Do not get down and go in because they do not pay any attention or care about the dining room customers. They’ll push ten cars through drive through before bothering with you. Drive through is normal speed so just stick to that. The location is horrible. I drive by on the way to work every single day and there are always three or four people sleeping on the ground pretty much in and around drive through. There is trash and waste all around the parking lot, and it’s getting worse. Don’t be surprised if a hungry person knocks on your window and asks for money.

A girl with red hair and a nose ring was extremely rude. I was at the drive-through window, and I noticed the girl inside was talking, but not looking at me. I asked if she was speaking to me, and she turned towards me with a disgusted look on her face and said, "What are you waiting for?" In a condescending tone. She handed me the drink and immediately turned away without a word.

I ordered a medium drink and it was 2 inches from the top and full of ice with very little whip cream. I didn't even need a dome lid so I asked for a flat lid and just left, what a rip off I will go next-door to McDonald's or stick with Starbucks no thank you

After countless bad experiences here, I have given up on this substandard Dunkin'. Over a week ago, I placed an order totaling over $8 on the Dunkin' App. When I arrived about 10 minutes later, with no other customers in the building or drive through, the three employees there had nothing ready. When they brought me my drink, it was a totally different drink. When I showed them (on the app screen) the drink I ordered, they still did it wrong, and refused to correct it after that. They said that another item I ordered was unavailable, so they wanted to substitute an item that cost much less. They never even attempted to bring the other items to me. In the end they did not bring me one single thing I ordered. So I politely asked for a refund. They refused. (I had spoken to them quietly throughout this entire experience, never causing any kind of disruption.) The manager was sitting there, six feet away, watching the entire encounter, saying nothing. I have contacted Dunkin' corporate customer service twice in the past week and all they have done is provided me with a case number. No refund. Prior to this, there were several times that this Dunkin' location prepared my order wrong, or refused to provide me with full drinks. I reported some of these previous problems to the corporate office, with no corporate response. I have never had any problems at other Dunkin' locations, including the other Bakersfield Dunkin' locations I have visited. However, the lack of customer service at the corporate level will make me think twice about going to any Dunkin' in the future. But I definitely will not return to the downtown Bakersfield location (even though that's the one I'm close to most often), unless I hear that they are under new management.

When my children and I walked in staff was standing together, no greeting. The gal that checked us out was not the slightest bit friendly and we felt extremely rushed and uncomfortable picking out our dozen donuts and drink. I will never return to this establishment as not one staff member could even fake a smile!
