15 years ago, I dreamed of having a Dunkin Donuts shop in California. Nowadays, though, I couldn't care less. For some reason, Dunkin donuts do not taste as good in California as they do on the East Coast. Sheesh, they even taste better in the Philippines. Anyways, I stopped by this particular shop recently. Hey, I love donuts and I had to give them a try to see if the donuts at this specific branch would be better than the other locations I've frequented. Unfortunately, the two donuts I ate were underwhelming. The Boston Creme donut I had was in the shape of a heart for Valentine's Day. There was hardly any Creme inside which is always a disappointment to me when that happens. The Red Velvet donut was a better choice. I will not be a regular at this Dunkin. Service was alright. Atmosphere was fine as well. Just not a fan of their donuts anymore, and I am not a coffee drinker.

I am not sure why the reviews are so poor. My wife loves the dunkin coffe and dutch bros so we frequent them both. The loyalty program is great. I don't like their coffee like my wife does but man their original glazed donut and jelly donut are bomb!! Every now and then when I need the carbs for a workout i'll smash some donuts. They are only 250 calories, yum!

I walked in the front door and waited for 5 minutes to buy some donuts while three employees worked with their backs all turned to me. No one ever acknowledged that I was there. After 5 minutes I turned around and walked out without making a purchase.

Very Disappointing!The donuts seem to be getting smaller and smaller with time. The white cream filled donut barely had any cream...a total rip off! On a positive note, their breakfast items and coffee are decent.The other donut chain, that's expanded steadily, after more than 60 years, has them beat, but neither one of them compares with our beloved Smiths.
They are starting to get in their groove. I wondered there for a bit, but the food and service seems to be much better.

Food was one star. Donuts were kind of a stale cake and not very good. The young lady in the drive thru however was worthy of a star all to herself. She was the most pleasant part of the experience. I'll stick to my local place down the street.

It was my first time ordering via drive thru. The menu had a lot of options. A little confusing, but they were patient and professional. Great coffee and donuts.
Went again today they got my order wrong again...ordered two mini bagels got one. Avocado toast was great but the Sparkd I got was so-so.
