Tried their watermelon raspberry (I think) refresher lemonade, and it was tasty. Just for me, it could be a bit more tart, but that's just me. Also, I tried a chicken wrap, and it was really good. Have been thinking about how I can make it at home for my family. Thank you for the great experience

The $6 breakfast meal could be better. The hashbrowns taste horrible. The oil they use must be old oil. I can never eat the hashbrowns.

[They are permanently OUT of the Halloween 2024 buckets] Drive through was fast at 6:30 am, ordered the 50 count Munchkins doughnut holes and requested a mix of flavors, no cinnamon. My order was correct. The 40 count fed my group of 8 with some left over.

This is the closses one to my house 20 minutes 1 way and I come at least twice a week. I love dunkin coffee and munchkins. Clean and very friendly store, wish it was closer.
My first experience trying Dunkin' was disappointing. When I asked the employee for recommendations on ordering a cold brew, she was unhelpful and rushed me, despite there being no one else in line. After receiving my order, I planned to leave, but my husband wanted to sit inside and enjoy the AC.
While we were sitting, I overheard the employee who took my order talking about me to her coworker. When she realized I was there, she moved the conversation elsewhere. I'm still unsure what I did to deserve such treatment. I will definitely not be returning.

This is one of our favorite places to go. I wish there was a Dunkin’ Donuts closer to my home. I would go more often. The snackin bacon with maple donuts and coffee with cream and sugar, are a great flavor combination. Dunkin’ Donuts has something that everyone in my family likes.
First of all: DD is the universe's gift to modern society. I'm so grateful to now have THREE amazing locations in Bakersfield but Cherisek (I think I spelled her name correctly) was absolutely amazing today. I rarely order outside of my "usual" and if I do, I NEVER order more than ONE new item in the same order. I was pretty frazzled this morning and in a rush but I wanted to try something new so I asked Cherisek her opinion on the new breakfast empanada and she gave me her honest, thorough feedback so I decided to take it. I also asked her how she felt about the the sparkd' energy drink. She gave her honest opinion, I decided against it but here's the awesome thing: SHE PROVIDED alternative suggestions such as the energy punch. I'm so glad she did because I really enjoyed it.Cherisek didn't need the time to be supportive and exchange a full conversation about the menu but she did. That is the definition of excellent guest experience. Everyone behind the counter worked hard at getting things moving and moving fast, especially since the drive thru line was long! I fully appreciate the professionalism of the team.

I have been to this Dunkin Donuts multiple times and the service is horrible. The employees are the rudest people I have ever encountered at a Dunkin. Being from the East coast and going to Dunkin as a taste of home, this is a disgraces.
