ordered in advance and still had to wait 20 mins for my order this isn’t The first time I order from this location every time I’ve gone to this location the order is never ready for pick up as stated on the app I get there and they haven’t even started working on the order , when I got my coffee it was watered down no flavor so had to wait longer so they can remake this isn’t there first time I have this problem at this location every other Dutch bros location I’ve gone to has great service and has my order ready when I pre-order on the app. This location is just very unorganized with a lot of young kids working there’s no order save your money

I ordered a small hot coco with whip cream. It was filled only half way. I paid for a small. Not an Xsmall!! What a rip off. As soon as she gave me my drink it felt very light. I head home, open lid and it was not full.

I’m usually a Starbucks gal but recently decided to start going to Dutch bros because they have more sugar free options. I have been to this location probably 5 times in the last 2 months and almost every single time something was wrong with my order. I got a rebel and wanted the boba, those got forgotten, I asked for an extra shot with my golden eagle because I had lots of studying to do that day and it tasted like pure milk and was literally white. My friend got a regular one at a different store and hers tastes more like coffee than mine did, today I redeemed my birthday reward, placed the mobile order and went to grab it, couldn’t find it in the system so I had to show him the order which he barely looked at and typed in the tablet. 10 minutes later my drink was ready and was made wrong was missing cream and the drizzle I asked for, not a big deal just annoying that I can’t rely on getting what I ordered

Their products and staff provide an excellent experience. If you haven't tried these guys yet you really should. Their products are so much better than anyone else. A shame there is no outlets in the UK (I asked a few years back, but I understand that they needed to focus on the US).
