Decided to stop by and get a cup of coffee. Disappointed as they did my order wrong twice. I had order my drink gave me a kids size when I ordered a medium. Later told me that the drink I wanted they didn’t have it anymore! Making me choose an alternative and when I did tell them I wanted a Bugatti Berry they worked didn’t even know what this flavor of drink was. The taste of the drinks (multiple) I had ordered was not the same as from the locations of my hometown in NorCal! Service was extremely slow.

Got an Iced Christmas Morning Chai with Strawberry soft top and it was amazing! Staff are so hardworking every time I see them also very kind. People seem to have mixed reviews but my drink has always been good from here!

The drinks are good but their service at the window not so good. I got there before other cars in the drive-through and those cars got their drinks before me and I saw they hadn’t even ordered yet and I did.

Nothing spectacular. I don't understand all the hype now that we've sat through a line and tried their drinks. Our drinks were too sweet (Blended Annhilator and 9-1-1) and nothing we're going to think about wanting to have again. The service, however, was outstanding. The person that took our order at the drive thru outside was fantastic and the person at the window waiting to give us our drinks was very pleasant. The cost of coffees and drinks are very out of hand nowadays in my opinion. I don't see myself frequenting Dutch Bros because for the price of two ice blended drinks, I can make more than a dozen at home for more than a month. Their rewards program is just okay and isn't generous enough to motivate me to become a frequent patron like other restaurant rewards programs.

Wanted to see what all the hype was about, but the extremely long wait almost made it not worth it. The drink was good but not 30+ min wait good. The servers were friendly n gave recommendations so I appreciated that.

i love seeing the employees and managers who are always there, when they make new people from a different location work there they tend to always take a little longer than usual and make my order wrong and then get offended about it :( but i love this location more than any other one.. sweet people but some customers can be really rude to them i seen it before so these bad reviews are probably from many of them who are rude ..
I love the workers at all the dutch bros spots! They're always so polite and happy. Plus the drinks are delicious.

Super slow & uncoordinated Dutch Bro. Saw about 8 drinks go out to cars behind me for whatever reason. While I was waiting for 2 drinks I ordered through the mobile app. The response was, that if I wanted my drink faster, it would have been better for me to get down to the window to pick up. What kind of ridicoulous answer is that. My suggestion to this Dutch Bro. Is that your learn to properly coordinate which drinks to distribute first or otherwise on your own you will start making upset customers from being confused on the disorganized hand out of drinks. The only reason I give 3 stars is because thankfully the drinks were made properly & on point in taste.
