The service here is the worst! Long wait times even if you order ahead be prepared to wait while all the cars in that line move faster than all the workers in the place together! Sitting around chit chatting , my order was for a medium protein latte and I waited over 20 minutes when the order stated it was ready on my screen. Multiple people were there before me waiting for their orders, all while the line of cars moved. If this is the case update my app , don’t tell me it’s ready when it’s not and make me wait over 20 minutes just to say we are too busy! I understand it’s difficult to move orders but the communication is horrible! Best part they won’t cancel the order! They tell you to call customer care to get help, I won’t be back to this location, the wait and customer service is a 0, not only that be prepared to wait in line for over 40 minutes for 1 drink!

I would like to say thank you to your employees on Panama ln. This morning's (11/05/25) staff was absolutely amazing and awesome. They helped made our rough morning so much nicer!!! Thank you for that!!! This particular employee is always amazing and we love him!!! Idk his name 😭 but him and the manager are always amazing thank you for always making our treat days amazing!!!

IThey keep messing up on my order every time I ordered a golden eagle and it doesn’t even look like it. Why when you order online and it tells you it will be ready at a certain time and then when you go to get it they said it will be ready in 3 to 5 minutes after the time they said it would be done

My Order came out amazing drinks where just as I ordered, only problem is when I arrived I said my name for a pick up order and they said it’ll be out soon, 10 minutes later they’ve helped multiple cars out in the drive thru and I finally ask again and I get my drinks, I asked how long they’ve been they’re they said about 10 minutes. The store manager at this location need to get things under control, there’s better Bakersfield Dutch bros Locations

I recently went to this location for first time and had the most horrible experience ever!!! It was on 9/16/25 at 830 pm. The girl working drive thru insulted me and had a attitude issue with me and my passagenger. Im a small business owner and a veteran... this is ridiculous and something should be said. I highly don't recommend this location and people should be fired!!! You chosen your job... be thankful your employed.. hopefully someone gets fired or talked too.
