I LOVE DUTCH BROS! I have enjoyed their drinks and their service for a while now, but tonight’s interaction has inspired me to leave this review. I was that guy tonight who pulled up at 10:57 to a place that closes at 11:00, and the staff was as cheerful and polite as they are at any other time of day. I constantly appreciate the upbeat demeanor of the employees and will keep coming back until the diabetes takes my foot, and on that day, I’ll probably switch to the sugar...

On this Valentines Fri-YAY there is no better day or way to share the love and appreciation than todayyyy! The broistas (especially the sweetest most fun and spunky girly pop there ever was, Kaley) at the Heath Rd location are the absolute sweetestttt, the customer service is alwaysssssss exceptional and my over the top requests with my cold brew loving order that I order every time I am here is chefs kisss and a 10/10. I love going to Dutch Bros for my morning dose of caffeine. I also love the service their, the workers are so amazimg, they always have good positive energy and they get their job done. They serve mor than just coffee, they serve Respect and commitment.
