This is the worst el pollo loco not once but twice do they forget to put the avocado on my salad! The first time I didn’t want to make a fuss but now this is the second time and dude nobody wants to go back but I have never gotten what I pay for from this place! I am highly upset never going back and I hope everyone who goes here always checks their food before leaving! Also the lady’s here always rush the order and seem irritated taking the order.

I had a young lady, Estrella, help me with my order. Food came out quick, hot, and tasted amazing! She should definitely get a raise or promotion based on her customer service skills! Always had a pleasant time eating here.

Went thru drive thru tonight I had order apollo bowl combo they forgot my chips , I asked for extra green salsa . They didn’t give me any , really disappointed bad customer service
Our cashier was a young lady that had a disingenuous attitude, she pestered me and my parents and demanded us to wash our hands since we were forced to touch a dirty self order screen. I got mad but did not let it get to me, instead I started my own inspection and saw there restrooms were a mess, showing how incompetent they are at there job, the girl had braces and was refusing to get her hands dirty, how irritating, having the customer be forced to do the cashiers incomplete work. The entire establishment is a mess having grease and torn seats, showing they don't clean the cushions daily, proving why there deteriorating. I don't recommend at all coming here, until an official inspector comes to put some hard changes this restaurant is a red flag. Thank you for your patience and time for reading as well, I hope you find tacos la villa, or another El Pollo loco to dine at. Oh, before I forget, they served us dirty plates as well as being forced to look at greasy walls, very disgusting.

I moved to Bakersfield in 2024 from L.A. and I’m telling you, so far, this location has serve me the best tasting chicken out of all the El Pollo Locos I’ve been too. This location’s chicken is so well seasoned. I only get chicken and salsa because I’m on a keto diet. I also go through the drive-thru, so I could not rate this location’s atmosphere. I have been here at least 20 times and the chicken has been consistently good. Thank you 😊
