I drove all the way from Oildale to go to the San Pollo loco was that a big mistake. I won't be returning there again the level of rudeness was beyond anything I've had to deal with. I ordered three tacos El carbon When I got to the window the lady said it was $12. I said how did $6.19 turn into $12. She goes well. It's the combo I said I told you I did not want the combo. You asked me twice and both times I told you no just the tacos. So then she proceeds to tell the manager and the manager tells her well. Then you hit the wrong button and then after telling the girl that the manager tells me that when you order you have to let them know you do not want the combo. I said I did not once but twice she turned to the girl and the girl nodded her head and said yeah she did. She goes well. I'll have to correct it. 8 minutes later she finally gives me the correct amount I owe. I paid, got my food and then I asked her. Could I please get a receipt, The manager decided to get snarky with me well you'll have to wait. I'll have to print it out like seriously. Their employees and their manager was extremely rude and it was uncalled for. For that reason I will not be returning to that store ever again and I will be calling corporate and letting them know how their employees treat people

Ordered a citrus avocado warp first they got my order wrong then when they corrected the order they didn’t a straw or napkins in my bag also the burrito had 3 small peaces of chicken and no avocado for 17$!!!! This place is a rip off I order pollo loco at least 2x a week other locations don’t do this was disappointing
